Bed & Breakfast Morelli 490

The location was excellent and we were informed that this was a high-end exclusive portion of Napoli as artisans such as tailor, goldsmiths live there. We were walking distance from the ocean which housed a good restaurant. Our hosts were wonderful - I wish I knew how to speak Italian but we somehow managed. The beds were comfortable. The shower was fine although drainage needs work. You will have to bring your own shampoos, soap etc. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

The somewhat long flight of stairs but that's expected.

The breakfast is HUGE and it is not only for the food itself (typical, home baked and exceptionally presented) but because it is an UNIQUE opportunity to get the precious, funny and super Neapolitan advise from the three managers of the B&B! The B&B itself is full of details that are typical of an even higher rate hotel: the cleaning standard , the perfect white towels and sheets, the high speed Internet connection, the elegant atmosphere created by the lights at night. What is not common is the empathy and totally Neapolitan attitude of the three managers: without them, everything could not be so... perfect! I definitely like Napoli but also because, once there, I can find my "home" at B&B Morelli 49!!! Already planning to come back by summer, in the meantime, to other guests, ENJOY YOUR STAY! very very kind stuff! my flight has delayed so that I wasn’t able to come at the regular check-in time. plus my phone was almost dead, I sent my last message to the hotel that I’m coming and can’t make an online checkin, then my battery was dead. as I came to the near of the B&B hoping that I can find it without map or navi, I saw a man holding a paper with my name on it! :) i think he is the owner of the B&B, but I don’t remember his name, sorry. It was really kind and nice! also the room was clean, the breakfast was good. thank you very much again.

This place is perfect! Great area to stay in napels, close to shops and restaurants. If you're walkers like us, it's a good walk to a lido! Antonio and luigi were great hosts, always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was a great spread - loveddd the crossaints! Rooms had a beautiful balcony to overlook the streets. It's truly a wonderful place to stay!! We know where we would stay again. Grazie!

location was fantastic and in the cleaner part of the city. Our host met us promptly at our proposed meeting time who also gave great suggestions for nearby restaurants. The access into the building was so easy and convenient. The bedroom was so clean and provided plenty of towels.

could not find extra toilet paper in the bathroom, and forgot to ask if we could have some more. There was a soap dispenser in the shower but we weren't sure if it was a 2 in 1 or just a soap. It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and clean. The air-conditioner worked well. The location is very central for visiting Naples. The breakfast was of good variety. The staff were accommodating although they did not speak English at all.

The staff give the impression that they are not very friendly. However, this might only be the language barrier since they don't speak English. More smiling could help ;)

Very good situation. Location. Proprietor easy to contact. He was helpful when we couldn't charge our phones.

Would have liked a kettle and a toaster we could have used for breakfast. Also milk on the table. Very small things because we are English .

The breakfast was superb with fresh croissants, baked goods, yogourt, juices, fruit, dried fruit and more. The location was close to the bay for strolling and soaking up the atmosphere. There was a nearby bus stop where I could catch a bus to the train station.

I had difficulty finding the B&B when I arrived. Google maps was incorrect.

Very good location literally 5 minutes away from the promenade and like a 15 minute walk to Chiaia or the Via Toledo street. And if you don't like to walk there is literally a bus stop 3 minutes away from the B&B. The room was clean, you have enough storage and you'll get every day new bed sheets and towels. Also there was the option for an included breakfast. Very nice owner despite not speaking good English the communication was very good and you can store your luggage at the B&B after the check-out.

The Wi-Fi connection was kinda bad in my room sometimes it did connect and had enough reception and sometimes not. Only thing that I have missed in the room was a mini fridge. Also a better blow dryer would be nice since the provided one is kinda ok for long hair but this is nitpicking. So bring your own blow dryer if you have long hair.

The morello 49 exceeded my expectations. The bed was as comfortable as my one at home! Breakfast was good! And the unexpected part… we asked if we could use a washing machine and dryer when we got back for the night…. Bless the owners heart. He did the laundry for us and left it all folded in our room!!!

Not a think! It met my expections and more
