Very nice room design and aesthetic with great, welcoming and friendly staff. They took their time and gave us recommendations for dinner places and valuable tips for getting arround. So nice and friendly! The room was clean and tidy, but it can be a bit noisy if you don't close the hallway door. All in all, a good boutique hotel in great and clean location, walking distance to the old city but also to the metro station and harbour! Would definately recommend the hotel and Chiaia quarter.

Bathroom is very prety, but not so much functional. The shower door and batroom door need to be fixed a bit, because the water can run all over the place if you're not carefull.

I have been travelling in many countries over a long period of time and therefore I have seen a lot in regards to accommodations. The stay at the Poerio will remain unforgettable: 5 stars! The service, friendliness not only from Tiziana, the receptionist, but also from the owners, is exceptional. The room is as in the published photos: clean, comfortable, new style. One of us had to see a doctor - Tiziana was extremely helpful. We will never forget her kindness. The location is great, we walked from there to the center but it is also close to a bus stop from where it is easy to go to the trainstation. We would like to come back to Naples and we will definitely stay again at the Poerio.

Tiziana is the perfect hostess. She was pleased to help with every single issue we had with kindness. The rooms are spacious, comfy and have an air conditioner that works well. The rooms look modern and with a good taste and the place is located in the best area in Napoli if you want to be away from the noise and crowded tourists. We've been here 4 nights and it was a great vacation. Will definitely go back here next time in Napoli.

Location was perfect. First tie visiting Naples and this was close enough to the Spanish Quarter and lively night life but away from the buzz. The room was excellent. Everything very clean and new. High ceilings felt like a luxury apartment. Clean area of naples. Good restaurants nearby. We ate at Birdy's Restaurant for breakfast each day. Staff were next level. Very good communication, super helpful. My parents and sister were arriving the next day and used their driver so I was able to communicate with front desk to confirm what time they were arriving. will 100% come back!

OH MY / look NO further for your Naples accommodation! Located in a very fancy but INCREDIBLY safe neighbourhood (we even walked from the station to the hotel at 9pm at night and felt completely at ease). We had to do after hours check in, but received all the comms prior and was sound asleep in our room with ease. Now the hotel itself, incredibly modern with a really plush room and brilliant water pressure! Super central to both the Metro and also the port if you're heading out on a ferry. Only thing to consider if you're a light sleeper is to bring some ear plugs if you're going to bed early, but this is Naples my friend so you shouldn't be going to bed too early anyways! There are also brilliant local restaurants around as well. The staff were so accommodating and beyond friendly - a lovely little touch was as we were walking around the town we bumped into one of the staff who stopped us for a chat / which really made our day!

The location was good, had a lift, shower had good water pressure. Air Con worked really well. The room was modern.

Sound proofing wasn't good. You could hear everyone in the hallway and outside. The floors were not cleaned during our stay. The balcony door was always opened or not shut correctly each day. The toilet seat was broken. The room door would not close correctly, and we had to double check each time we opened and closed the door. The power points are different from other places in Italy, but the room had an adapter from the kettle. Check with staff before going.

First and foremost the staff is very very welcome, gentle and assisting guided us to the Naples right places. The hotel is located in one of the best neighbors of Naples close to port. The room and the hotel in general are very clean. The size of the room was just perfect (Deluxe double room booked), spacious, well organized, equipped and decorated with a mini bar facility. The bathroom was very clean, spacious with many accessories. Full day and sufficient hot water supply. The bed was big, very comfort. Good and free wifi reception. Nothing negative for the room. Just some hints for Naples .....you do not need car, the traffic is terrible. But in case you have you should book a parking place (there is one close to hotel).The rail station for nearby tours is a bot far that traffic makes it even far away....but anyways is a city the you are going to love as it has too many sightseeing, is very atmospheric and the locals are really welcome, gentle and friendly persons. Looking forward to visit again Naples...definitely staying at Poerio25 again and again......

The owner, Dora, met us immediately and checked us in. She was fantastic and friendly and helped us with any restaurant reservations. Her son was also very helpful to us when we were booking train tickets to see Pompeii. Great location and is very walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. Our room was exceptional, large, clean, and quiet. I loved staying here.

We have found a very nice place to stay in a very nice area. The equipment is very high quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nearby are attractions, restaurants and shops. Little traffic in the street during the night. We would recommend to stay here, only maybe not the room directly above the restaurant. Do use the fantastic expresso machine! The bed was very comfortable.

Only the restaurant below us was noisy. The problem only occurred on the first floor. After midnight everything was quite.

We loved EVERYTHING!! The team was really nice and welcoming, the son of the owner also helped us when we left quickly (thank you if you see it!and good luck with the football!) Rita and Cecile were really nice and helped us with everything we needed. The room well designed , clean and comfortable, we love the shower!!! The location was also really good , really close to all what you need
