The area is excellent, there is no fear to go outside at night. All sights within reach, there is also a grocery store nearby. The beaches in Naples are dirty, so don't look at that factor. The staff is very friendly and helps with everything.
On arrival the floor was dirty, no vacuuming. There was a lack of a kettle in the room, but they gave the opportunity to go to the kitchen. Breakfasts were Italian style - pastries, yogurt and coffee (we are used to scrambled eggs with sausages and porridge).

We like this hotel, very good location, nice personal. The rooms are clean, but hotel inside needs renovation and capital cleaning. Also if you plan to book it, notice that most of rooms have windows inside building not to the street.
