Excellent staff nothing too much trouble. Family run. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Restaurant menu excellent and good selection at breakfast. Comfortable bed and plenty of areas around pool to relax in. Loved the hammocks and swings. Recommend visit to the botanic dry gardens nearby.
No way to get around without transport. Was hoping to get buses or taxis but impossible at this location. Our fault as should have checked.

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, friendly reception, free parking. Attractive resort with swimming pool and plenty of opportunities to sit outside. The WiFi worked well but the connection process was a little complicated. Very friendly and supportive staff.
The air condition is weak and limited to a minimum target temperature of 22C, yielding a real room temperature of above 24C - rather uncomfortable for sleeping. It is nice to offer an electric hotplate, but without any dishes, pots or cutlery it's not very useful.

We stayed only one night with our one year old baby, on our way from Rome airport to Chianti area. The night we were there there were extreme storms with heavy rain so it was hard to enjoy the place. The Breakfast was good and also the staff was very nice.
The room was really small and not clean when we arrived. We asked the staff and they came in to clean it so they addressed our request. Due to the storms during the night the electricity was turned off and only in the morning someone came to pull on the plug, so it was a bit hard to handle with the baby early in the morning where there was no staff around.

The orribile smell in a bathroom. Impossible remain inside the room for more than 2 minutes. Room number 9.
