Wonderful location and perfectly maintained property with a lot of plants, a great infinity pool and beautiful views. Everything was sparkling clean inside our apartment and also outside. We had the most amazing sunsets that we could watch every day from our lovely terrace. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet included a great variety of things to chose from.

Nothing! Everything was simply perfect and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay.

Sadly we where subjected to a fellow guest domestic flighting in the dinning room .. The staff and " maitre d' " of the evening did not stop this horrid loud argument between this couple and it did spoil some of us other dinning guest atmosphere.. But my husband after 20 min had enough and voice his opinion out loud and at last the Fench man left and the Italian lady was asked by my husband if she okay... When we went to our room the couple happen to be opposite our room in 25 .. and kept on arguing.. The next morning the French man did approach my husband and I , and apologise.. I would have thought the Hotel staff would have intervened and ask this couple to remove themselves from the dinning room...

The whole environment was a pleasure. Very quiet, lovely landscapes and a very nice and friendly staff. The breakfast is OK but the dinner was a real surprise. It was that good, that we've decided to dinner all three evenings in the hotel instead of going to any other restaurant. Absolutely recommendable. For sure we will repeat when coming back to Tuscany.

The amount of mosquitos, but with cironella spray was it resolvable. It is a general issue in Tuscany, so not a specific issue in this location

Beautiful villa in an amazing area, with newly refurbished rooms. Really kind and helping reception personnel, and restaurant staff as well - head waiter is well informed and always open to help with your dish selection. Highly skilled chef is preparing real delicacies. Local villa cat as a bonus.

The bathroom is missing towel hooks and shower shelves, which could be easily fixed. Other than that, the room was beautiful and had everything it needed.

The architecture, good restaurant with great service, good breakfast and pool. The reception staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Our room was on a corner of the building upstairs that faced the sun throughout the day on 2 outside walls and the roof. It was therefore very hot; and the aircon unit was situated in a corner opposite the wardrobe which meant that it was ineffective

This is the most beautiful place I have been this year. Beautiful structure with spectacular views! Clean, elegant, perfect in the details! Lovely people and amazing breakfast! The bed was a dreamy place, I would have spent the entire day relaxing! Beautiful swimming pool as well! We will come back

A wonderful stay in Tuscany - the staff at Villa Preselle are very welcoming and helpful. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable, very thorough daily cleaning. The food was exceptional, and the infinity pool with a gorgeous view was amazing! Thank you very much for making our stay in Tuscany so special!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Preselle. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely view over the vineyards. The pool was beautiful, clean and we loved the sunset views from there! Breakfast had a nice variety of food. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We stayed as part of our honeymoon and it was definitely what we were after.

Wow, what a stunning location. Beautiful views across the valley and olive groves. Very clean and comfortable accomodations in the main villa. Friendly and helpful staff. Screened windows are a rarity in Italy, so it was nice to have the windows open without bugs.

Agree about soundproofing issues. In the main villa you definitely hear every word of every conversation, grunt and cough of neighbors. The restaurant kitchen is on the north side of the villa and if you have the windows open at night you can hear loud music, loud singing and dishes clanging until midnight. If you close the windows, you don’t hear it.

Spacious and clean apartment with a lovely view from the terrace. The pool is large and offers spectacular countryside views. A very good buffet breakfast with homemade cakes, and the quality of the dinner was exceptional.
