Breakfast was good. The coffee from the automatic machine (something that seems to be ever more common these days) is comme ci comme ca. I learned that you can ask for a cappuccino from the espresso machine - a much better cup of coffee..

It is a good little boutique hotel - no complaints. There is a nice little bar/cafe at the front of the hotel that makes it even more attractive. We were there before peak season - there was no need to pay for hotel parking. Getting clarity on rules for public parking throughout Sardinia took some effort. The tourism bureau could up their game by providing tourists with clear info on parking.

This was a excellent value the money. The hotel staff was pleasant, helpful and kind - above and beyond the normal tasks. Location is great in the best part of the village - unfortunately the market is in front and we buy a lot! Breakfast was really good, with fresh options and real coffee. Is a very classic property very well cared and with high end details- towels, sheets, amenities... (mattress was highly comfortable, good pillows, soft fluffy towels …)

Most centric hotel in town surrounded by restaurants. Peculiar stylish hotel, nice view of the port. Staff helpful and nice. Staying in Palau is a great option if you rent a car and are planing to move around.

The parking costs 19€ a day and the city tax 5€ per day (nothing to do with the hotel)...overpriced. The facilities are not great; no simming pool, no gym, poor conection to wifi.. The breakfast ok.

The room and accommodation were exceptionally nice, featuring all the amenities for a comfortable stay; furthermore, the staff went above and beyond in their friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. In addition to that, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying, complementing the overall experience. To top it all off, the location was conveniently situated, making it an ideal choice for travelers.

The bedroom had a shower but no tub. Not a big complaint, but just mentioning it.

Situated a 3 min walk from the port where you can take a ferry every 30 min to La Maddalena where we wanted to go initially - we were really glad we chose Palau and specifically this hotel! The staff was amazingly helpful and nice, e.g. we didn't have to book our boat trip ourselves, everything was done through the hotel and we only paid at check-out. In general perfect location, all restaurants within a walking distance. Impeccably clean rooms. Very comfy beds. It was our honeymoon which we specified it in the booking and got a very nice surprise at check-in!

Nothing. Be aware though that beach towels are 3 euros per person for the duration of the stay, I didn't realize first they weren't included in the Royal Spa room.

There are many shops,restaurants and supermarkets so it’s easy to get food and something you need. Even a landing place to La Maddalena is very close,walking for 5 min,which is very convenient. The staff is well trained,very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Giuseppe! He was very friendly and gave us useful information whenever we asked. He knows lots of Japanese words and things, which made me relaxed and fun :)

If toothbrush and toothpaste were included,it’d be better. Also there’s no wineglass so we had to drink wine with plastic cups. It was bit sad.

the location is fantastic and reception staff so so friendly. we had a lovely room and view over the marina

was a bit loud at night with the night market and live music next door until midnight but we were able to block it our with ear plugs. breakfast didn’t serve real coffee machine coffee, and just a machine to diy - a shame as all other hotels have someone making real coffees. my partner had a stale croissant. the gluten free bread selection was non-existent even though I had requested in advance (they only had biscuits which is not the same as Pre-packaged gluten free bread which all other hotels have). the eggs were tired, and no airconditioning or fan in the breakfast room meant it was too hot for us. improve the breakfast and it will be much better stay for guests

The location of the hotel is superb, only a few meters away from the port where the day trips depart from to La Maddalena Archipelago. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby which is really convenient for the evening. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet which has a great selection of fresh food. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, great service, had towel hire and enjoyed the included breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Needs general maintenance to refresh property, like the floors need professional cleaning. The booking photos seemed like the spa was accessible by all guest but it wasn’t, you have to book that room.

Very friendly, professional, and helpful front desk staff. Little interaction with other staff. Property was beautiful with cool nautical motif. Easy check in and out. Convenient parking options.

The bed was broken down, very squeaky. For such a nice place, it really needs to be replaced. Breakfast was a bit lack luster.
