The hotel is very clean and in cool spot in the city, near to the centre, yet very quite. The nice part of the city is when you go right from the main entrance. The rooms are nice and big, there is a terrace with ping pong table on the second floor and big inner yard on the first one where you can chill with vending machines with stuff like water, beer, coffee and some snacks next to it. The staff was helpful and nice. You can pay to use the parking of the hotel (I suggest if you need it to contact the hotel before you arrive to book a spot there, since it's not big).

The shower cabins are pretty small, all of us felt a bit uncomfortable to use them and we are all people in different size. However the bathroom itself is pretty big. The breakfast is also underwhelming - small amount of stuff but in general it was fine.

Functional stay in a renewed room. Easy to reach old downtown and possibility of free parking beside the place (if you have luck in finding a place and in spite of a person asking for money to take care of your car - better to pay to avoid problems even though is a public parking).

Very narrow shower box (during the renewal the hotel prioritized the “bidet” instead of the shower, so you”ll need contorsionist skills to have a shower but is something manegeable).

My room was very spacious and very comfortable; in particular the bathroom was huge. The location is walking distance from all the main attractions (actually one of the most important monument is just in front of Camplus), for instance the Cattedrale is literally 5 minutes walk from there. The staff at the reception was very professional and extremely polite, likewise the guy serving breakfast. I'd reserve again this place in the future because it matched my expectations.

I didn't experience anything negative, I just want to share some watch-outs people should be aware when reserving this structure. The place is a mainly a student dormitory which means you shouldn't expect a 3 or 4 starts hotel; breakfast is ok-ish, but it's mainly a sweet breakfast and the choice is limited. The furniture in the room is basic, but for me was fine.

Spacious rooms, good value for money and very friendly staff.

Very small shower cabin, poor breakfast, early check out and no luggage storage.

The location was excellent - very near the Norman Palace and within walking distance of most of the other major sites. Everything was very clean and modern. The breakfasts were very good, with fresh fruit, croissants, eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, yoghurt, and more. There is also a free parking lot adjacent to the property (if you can find a spot!).

I’m struggling to find something I didn’t like - ok, the soap dish was broken off in the shower. That’s it.

The location was very close to major attractions of the City and also to the nearest Train Station. The staff had suggested us the nearest station, as we were traveling from Messina. That helped us plan accordingly. So it was convenient for us to walk to and fro, to the Station and the property. The room met our expectation, it was clean and all the facilities were good. And mainly, the property is very safe. Felt very safe and comfortable during the stay. The Bed and Pillows were not so comfortable, but I wouldn't complain, The breakfast was excellent with a variety of items catered in a typical Italian Breakfast style. As we had to check-out early the next day, the staff were so helpful and offered us to pack our breakfast and that was two paper bags full of breakfast items, snacks, fruit, juices and Yogurt. Thoughtful and helpful. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Every front desk staff we met were helpful.

Nothing much to complaint about.

We booked 2 room here for our visit to Palermo, a double for us and a twin room for our daughters. The location is fantastic, very safe and you can walk to many locations/tourist spots from here. There was plenty of free parking available nearby. The building is a climate controlled building and they ask that you close the doors when you come in to maintain the air temperature; this was fantastic and it was wonderfully cool throughout the whole building, especially as we visited in August when the temperature outside was very high. The building is extremely clean and very modern. There is a lift and building and the bedrooms are beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and I would say it is on a par with a four star hotel. The shower cubicle was a little small but the shower itself was great. The rooms have everything you need, including a small fridge and breakfast was also included in the price we paid. There are also several vending machines in the common areas where you can get coffee/drinks. We thought the price we paid was really great value for the wonderful accommodation offered and we would highly recommend a stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked out they also stored our luggage for us for the day and that was really appreciated

Maybe a few more vegan options at breakfast would be good

We enjoyed our two-night stay. The location is very close to a stop on the rail line from the aurport. Also great location for exploring the city - close to Norman Palace and Cathedral, but in a calm street. We were welcomed warmly by friendly staff. The hotel smells and looks clean throughout, including common areas and our room. The breakfast was served at convenient times, in a nice restaurant and courtyard, and we enjoyed the food and espresso. I would stay again.

The shower cubicle was very small, as other reviews mentioned. A minor inconvenience. Our room looked out onto a car park and road - not the most scenic. Again, a minor thing.

I have appreciated a lot the kindness of the staff, professional and willing to help, the cleanliness of the room and of the building, the view from the room. They offered me a free upgrade of the room, with a view overlooking San Giovanni degli Eremiti. The bathroom is very well equipped and the bed is big and comfortable. The size of the room is large and there's good climatisation, insonorisation and lighting.

There weren't any locked deposit luggage (anyway surveillance is present). Since the edifice is big, signage is present in the building interior but could be improved (e.g. integrating it on the floor tiles). Overall, the building interiors are minimalist but can appear a bit "cold" aesthetically; considering adding chosen works of art on the walls or common areas could provide an even more welcoming experience.

The hotel is nicely renovated, and very clean. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The location is perfect, just next to the train station and with a great view of a nice sicilian garden with palm trees, mandarines and a church!

The breakfast included a lot of pastries, like great croissant and cakes, but lacked the other stuff a bit. There was one type of ham, salami and cheese and they were okay. Option for fruit was seasonal - bananas, really good sicilian oranges, apples and pears - but I don't think they have other in other seasons. Few types of yogurts, two cereals etc. But then we came to the cooked part of breakfast which was scrambled eggs and bacon. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty, but it was really cold. You do have a microwave there, but should you even be reheating eggs? One more thing is that only the fist day of the stay they had real buns, and other days just old toast.
