The loction was good, Simone's mother makes great cappuccino in the morning. The building is nicely renovated and secure entry worked really well. The spartment is very clean.

We arrived late after 8.30pm by bus and we left slightly away from the train station. which was in darkness. We could not see any taxi numbers and there were no shops open or people to ask. We strongly suggest Simone provided this information in future as it is an isolated location. Lucky for us, we noticed a bakery open. The customer turned out to be the taxi driver!! He was very helpful with eating suggestions. All our previous hosts have provided some cafe/ restaurant suggestions previously. There was no town map. No information inside our apartment. Unfortunately, my room was street view, not the lovely view from one of the two rooms facing the Duomo. Towels were not good quality.

Simone was an amazing host. There was a slight confusion on our arrival about room allocations, however he handled this timely and professionally. The rooms were modern with glimpses of character. The view was absolutely stunning and so close to the old town, very accessible transport. Every morning Simone would make us breakfast in the shared kitchen, with a choice of sweet or savoury. It was such a personable touch and lovely time to catch up with him and ask for reccomendations. Simone was so helpful from start to finish, a hard-working and amazing host.

I couldnt name a thing for improvement. It was fit for purpose.

The view!! Absolutely amazing from our balcony room. Perfect location in quiet area between Ragusa Ibla and Rugusa Superior so a quick walk in either direction. Renovated room was well-equipped - refrigerator and power sockets by nightstands. Easy check-in with codes and electronic key card - convenient for coming and going every day. We didn't meet Simone (was told he was away on a business trip) but his mother fixed us a Sicilian breakfast served in our room every morning. The day of our departure it was pouring down rain and the gentleman helping Simone's mother with breakfast insisted on driving us to the bus station to catch our bus back to Palermo. How sweet and kind - now that's hospitality!

What we liked the most: the room looks exactly the same as the photoes you see on the booking. We liked it a lot. What I can also mention: 1. Rooms are renovated so you have both high ceilings and power socket near from the bed:-) 2. Self check in is very convenient 3. Great balcony with the perfect view 4. We definitely had neighbors next door cause we've seen them during the breakfast but we haven't heard them at all(so either they were very quiet or hotel has a nice sound isolation) 5. Nice mattress.

Amazing location. Did not expect that view from the balcony. Simone was an amazing host, messaged me via Whatsapp to confirm the location and how to enter the B&B. Right in the middle of the centre but on a quieter road. Beautiful breakfast prepared fhat morning with a choice of what you want. Couldn’t have asked for more! Will definitely come again

All'Idria was exactly as described in Booking. Spacious room, big bathroom with all what you need, nice terrace with great view to Ragusa Ibla and Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Scale. Simon and his wife are very attentive and hospitable owners who will meet and greet you, reserve a parking slot in this busy old center and make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is simple but fully sufficient to start you day. Great location in between two "Ragusas" so easy to explore both. Highly recommended. Breakf

Nothing, all great

We never met Simone but communicating with him was very efficient and everything got done the way it was supposed to. We met his girlfriend, Teresa, every day and she was super friendly and ever helpful! We loved the breakfast, both Italian and English, a lot and yummy, too! The mini cannoli was especially wonderful! Our part of the balcony was a little sheltered from the sun (early during the day), so that was where we had our breakfast every morning. And the balcony view on Ragusa Ibla in its glory (with the church in the foreground) was truly breathtaking.

Everything was great!

No words can describe how wonderful the place, the terrace, the view, and all of Ragusa Ibla was. It was all as if from a fairytale - from the midnight walks to the made in front of you classic Sicilian breakfast (the lovely woman was filling the cannolis and croissants herself). The host and his mother was very kind and helping. The room and bathroom was very specious and sparkling clean and equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Could not recommend it more!

the view is simply amazing, best location to stay in Ragusa - you just want to stay in the balcony all the time how fascinating it is (room 01) room is also spacious, and super clean. one of the best experiences in Sicily!

The best localisation in Ragusa you can imagine. You can easly drive by car and the view from balcony... Amazing! Breakfast was great, you could eat it on the balcony. To historical center was about 10 minutes walk, to Ragusa center also 10 minutes walk. In b&b you could buy wine which was so thoughfull! The owner was amazing, she gave us great tips! The stay was great.
