Hotel Milanese

Excellent breakfast, a large selection from English-style breakfast to gluten-free cuisine. A large selection of sweet cakes and fruits. Excellent coffee, pleasant staff. Newly renovated bathrooms. Great location in Defonsole, close to the beach, quiet place, parking for a fee of 10 euros/day at the hotel or in the city parking lot for 3-4 euros/day. Pleasant and helpful receptionists who are happy to explain and help. I recommend for a shorter stay of up to 1 week. We used it for 2 days as transit accommodation - visiting San Marino

The rooms and bathroom are quite small for a longer stay, the balcony lacks equipment for drying towels and swimwear.

Breakfast was exceptional: such a huge variety! Everything from sweet to savory, what one needs for a sunny day and more, changing every day, always prepared lovely (not to forget the view directly out on the sea). Air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled the room, even if at night an open balcony door kept the room sufficiently cool. There were enough and different power outlets to charge devices, the room also had lots of storage room for hanging and putting clothes, shoes etc. The bathroom was very nice, everything working without problems and done very pretty. I very much liked the family friendliness and the calm and relaxed atmosphere of the place. If I return, I will choose this hotel without hesitation.

It was our (me and my friend) first visit to Italy. And we were very pleasant to choose this hotel. Beautiful view on the sea, near market and some restaurants, bus stop also. Very nice all receptionists! They care about our being, answer on any questions not only about hotel, also about transport/what we can do in the city and etc. Room was clean all the time and we had everything that we were needed.

One thing: it was cold at the room. But luckily we had air conditioning. So it wasn’t big problem. And for breakfast we should to go to another hotel. With storm that we catch during this days it wasn’t so pleasant.

The view from the room over the sea. The breakfast in Montmartre was excellent ( belongs to the same hotel. When we checked in we got a very small room, not what we booked. Julia, one of the desk ladies is really taking care for the customer. Her boss, should be rally happy with her. Alsof Olga, the other lady behind the desk was very helpfull.

On arrival the wrong room was assigned. Thishas been solved later on

First of all, the staff are fantastic and very helpful, make you feel at home. Exceptionally good breakfast with a wide choice of non-sweet foods, and a really nice swimming pool (both in the hotel next door). The hotel next door also offers a wellness centre (for a small charge). The hotel is kept very clean. The location is right at the beach. There are shops, restaurants, pizzerias in the neighbourhood.

The rooms are smaller than stated on booking.com, with an extra bed they become cramped. The cheapest rooms are not much bigger than the bed. There may be problems with getting a parking space. The beds were hard for me, but the staff did what they could and promised to get a mattress topper for me next time :-)

The location is great, the room is very clean, and we were really satisfied with the daily cleaning as well. The staff is really kind, and helpfull. The breakfast has a really large selection of continental foods, and sweets as well, and it's delicious too!

There are just some parking place next to the hotel, and you have to pay for them, or have to go to a free parking place up on the street (next to the railway), it's not a big deal, just don't know about it before.

The employees were very nice people, and Tomas was very nice most of all. The hotel was in the center and the price was good, the breakfast was very good and the service was great.😊👍💟

I just didn't like that you didn't clean the bottom bed. The toilet papers were always cut small and it was very scratchy.😔😞

Perfect location , especially for families. Extraordinary people working there , they will try everything to make your stay most pleasant.Very close to the beach , very close to good restaurants. Easy to arrive, clear instructions.

Excellent location, close to the free beach. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything is clean. There’s a small fridge. Air conditioning. Stuff is really friendly and helpful, especially the man during our checking in at night. Excellent breakfast.
