Residence Cigno

Great apartment very close to the beach. It is located in a very nice square in the quieter part of Rimini which was perfect for us. We used beach 48-49. Our apartment no. 20 was clean and spacious. Big enough for our family of 4. We had 2 terraces one in front and one in the back of the building. We had reserved parking which was about three streets away from the residence. Tonino and Carlo who were at the reception were very helpfull and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying in Residece Cigno. Grazie Tinino and Carlo!

We really enjoyed our stay in Cigno apartments with the great location, very close to the beach and main street. At the same time the building is located in a quite area with a small yard with fontaine. The owners are really nice and friendly people. The apartment was clean and tidy, the change of towels and bed sheets was organized once per week. Also there is a small working area with computers on the first floor, so you can use it in case of need. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning(which helps during very hot nights) and small kitchenette with all necessary stuff. You  can feel that the owners do care about their guests and their hotel, which makes stay in Cigno very pleasant and comfortable.

If there are no free parking spots near the hotel, a car can be parked in additional parking, which is 300 meters far from the hotel.

Extremly helpful and nice staff, whose engagement exceeded far beyond their obligations. I felt very safe and confident in this place, thanks to the fact that it was always possible to ask the hosts for help and advice.I received very precise answers, always accompanied by a great sense of humor. THANK YOU! The hotel is perfectly situated. It is close to the wonderful beach (safe, perfect for kids and adults) and the place is quiet and peaceful allowing you to rest. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The entire facility is in order. The owners take care of its efficient functioning and safety. If you plan to go to Rimini go to Rimini Viserbella and stay at RESIDENCE CIGNO!

Good location - just about 100 m from the beach, but very quiet and you can still see the sea. If you are traveling by car you have to watch out for the one way streets. My GPS could not tell which way was the right way, even Google maps got it wrong - don't worry, you can go the wrong way for a little bit - the locals don't mind it. Very friendly staff - the owners are very nice, always smiling, giving suggestions for eating at close by restaurants. They do a very good job of keeping the place in shape. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen good equipped - you have all the kitchen ware you need. There is no oven, but that didn't bother us. There is also no cleaning during your stay - you can ask for it at the desk if you want. Otherwise you do it on your own and you have the place to yourself. Good WiFi - strong and stable signal Parking place - you have to book it in advance for 10 Euros a day, but it is worth it - the streets are very narrow and parking place is at a premium. Air Conditioning. Nice promenade - you can walk to Rimini if you have the legs for it. A lot of dining opportunities along the way. There are a few shops for buying food in the area, but they are small. If you have a car you can visit Conad Superstore - just 2 km away - there you can buy fruits, vegetables, etc.

The beds are a little bit firm, but that depends on the person. I slept good.

Very kind owners, wide appartments with two AC unit, two balconi and all required kitchen accessories. We requested exect room, but unfortunetely the room was not free, buut! They gave to us appartment is better then we wanted! Any time owners was in the hotel aria and was realy like to help in any issues or requests. We will come in future again - definitely. There is presented the common loundry. And my personal notice: Actually photo of appartments is better then real impressions, but here conversly - the photos are worse then this appartments in real :) Not free parking, but in Rimini is a big problem, you wll not find anywhere free parking. They provied the place under my request and I was calm :) Not free, but lowest price per dey for this area )

Nice apart-hotel on the second line. Few minutes and you're on the beach. The beach is great, well supplied has different levels of depth, water is extremely warm. The staff was very friendly, by request they changed out towels on day 4 instead of 7, thank you for that.

Replace pan. Even with oil, it is not intended for frying. I tried to make an omelet a couple of times, but it took a long time to wash it every time.

We stayed in a one bedroom appartment. It was simply decorated and very clean . Everything was functioning well. The beds were quite comfortable. A few steps away from a stunning beach. The owners are exceptionally nice people. They helped us so much during our stay. We are so thankful.

It would be nice to have a toaster in the room to warm up bread in the morning.

Clean apartments, well equipped, providing enough space for the family of four. Nice hosts ready to answer any question or support any special needs. We stayed here for the second time already, this time we were even provided with a room with direct sea view, without asking for it or without extra fee.

Nothing really, I was really satisfied

Hosts Tonino, his wife Maricica with brother Carlo are a dynamic trifecta! They’re the utmost in accommodating and friendly! The apartment is comfortably furnished and within a 2 minute walk to an incredibly long beautiful soft sand beach. Also, it’s centred in the quieter, less commercial/ party atmosphere in neighbouring Rimini. An ideal relaxed getaway destination…Bravo Residence Cigno!!!

The apartments are very clean, in a good location, at walking distance from the beach and plenty of restaurant (max5 min).The programed air conditioning îs a very nice feature, as it is always cool în the room when you get back from the beach. Kitchen îs well equiped. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
