Hotel Polo

Firsts of all I think our stay at Hotel Polo met our expectations. It was a good and fair balance between how much we spent for the accommodation and the overall quality of the hotel or maybe more. One of the things that we appreciate was the q the breakfast served here, very consistent, very divers maybe even abounded. Beside the breakfast, another big plus was the stuff, especially at the Reception, so helpful, friendly and professional. The room was clean and kept clean every day, everything functioned in the room ... no problem there. Location is ok to perfect, the bus station , including the 9 and Metro Mare which both connect to the airport were very close. A large supermarket was in a walking distance, Fellini Park and the harbor very close also, not to mention the beach.

The location it's great during summer season because it is close to the beach. We visited Rimini in December and the area was full of Christmas lights and decorations, really nice Xmas vibes. It's a bit far from city center, but if you enjoy walking it's ok. Location is ok, we took bus number 9 from airport to railway station and then bus no 11 which took us in front of the hotel, also you can walk from railway station for 15 minutes in order to reach the Vespucci street. The Bonelli bus stop to San Marino is also close, on the same street with the railway, in front of Napoleon Hotel. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices, not boring. Everyday I could eat something totally different from the day before. I enjoyed the fresh fruits pineapple and melon. There are many restaurants in the area where you can eat lunch or dinner, The room was perfect size but it was outdated, the bathroom is quite large and it was updated, all new. Otherwise is clean, the towels and bed sheets were daily changed, the room was cleaned daily. Still the cleaning process on the floor starts early in the morning and you can hear the noise from vacuum cleaner. The staff from reception and breakfast room were very kind and provide us support every time we requested something. Overall, the price we paid was fair enough for our stay. I would say it is a 3 stars hotel, not 4.

We wanted to warm up the room, especially when we came back to the hotel after a long December day walking in the city. Unfortunately, the room's heating system was set somehow and it doesn't provide much hot air even if we increase the temperature from the panel. The room furniture is from the 80's and the walls are also old fashion decorated.

Very nice hotel, cleaned rooms every day. Staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was wilde range, fruits, italian cakes...gluten free also available....really really good choise to have breakfast in this hotel. Coffe machine very good. Comfortable beds. In the city centre.

In the city centre it was noisy until 3 morning also in October...loud music from the street, so if you want to sleep,dont choose this hotel. We could deal with it after the first night....get used to it.

The staff were great, we were greeted every morning for breakfast 😀..Breakfast provided a variety of items to have. With a large group eating around similar times the coffee machine would have a line but it was good coffee.

First figuring how to operate the lights, so many switches and combinations needed to be figured out with not labelling. But not alot to complain about, good location, good service, nice staff and parking was offered.

We've stayed there before. The breakfast has always been good, and has now improved. Room cleaning excellent. Very well-positioned.

The lift is poor. If you are waiting on the top floor (and have difficulty with stairs so you need it), it goes up and down many times serving people on lower floors before you're lucky enough for it to come for you.

Breakfast quite plenty The district, near the seaside and not to far from the train station. Large number of towels and regularly changed. À very very good price. The mattress was cushy

The too small room not so large as described on booking description. The window doesn't shut very well.

we love staying at Hotel Polo as it is always good value for money, brilliant breakfast with a very wide choice . The staff are excellent , especially the lovely man on reception. when we arrived a car had blocked the entrance to the car park , he immediately went out and found a solution to get us parked up .The car park is secure with automatic gates and cctv cameras.

we had to run the water for a long while to get hot water . it was a waste of a lot of water

Very nice small and cosy hotel. We were there in October. They have excellent breakfast with a lot to choose from - really nice! Room was nice, a bit small, but cosy. There is a parking place behind the hotel and can be included in room price. Hotel is 2 min walk from beach, 20 min walk to the lighthouse at the end of the port and 25min walk to the central square in old town. Nice walking tours, Rimini is very nice. Would reccomend hotel!

Great value for money The hotel seems quite old but very well maintained Located near the beach, quiet area in the winter but decent walking distance to the old town The staff was very nice, even gave us a socket adaptor upon request

The hotel area is not so populated in winter, seems to be a summery street by the beach, if you are looking for a more animated winter scenery, maybe you should go towards the old city center instead

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and our stay was overall pleasant. The balcony was lovely too. We were allowed to leave our bags for a day after we checked out, thanks to the staff for that. Most importantly, the breakfast was outstanding! For 9 Euro you can have pretty much anything you want, including pastries, juices, coffees, eggs, bacon and much more. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay!
