The staff at the Carlos Felice hotel were exceptional. So friendly and kind. In particular Lizzy on front desk was really patient with us while we were trying to learn Italian with lots of good suggestions for places to visit. Viola was lovely at Breakfasts each morning making our preferred Coffee just as we like it and the cleaner team were such a great team doing a fantastic job of keeping the hotel immaculate at all times.
A swimming Pool would have made the hotel facilities perfect. The lack of one was the only downside for us. Location wise it is a good base for visiting North Western Sardinia but it was a bit further out from the centre of Sassari than we thought.

The hotel is decorated in a unique and beautiful way. We thought the pictures don't do the hotel justice. The breakfast was great. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The staff were great too.
The location is not ideal if you want to reach the interesting parts of the city by foot.

We stayed for 3 night and had really good time. Every staff member was helpful and kind. The room is not completely state of the art, but everything was clean and tidy. What we enjoyed most is restaurant. Breakfast was really that good as many reference said. I would also recommend to stay for dinner, every night was different menu and food was delicious.
