Next to the Hotel in Hearing Range is a bar or disco with really loud techno music (Tuesday night, not weekend). In our room with the ac on and windows closed it was ok, but down on the patio during dinner it was loud and obnoxious…

The hotel is very close to the sea (150m). Friendly staff. Very good quality restaurant and pizzeria.

You can't get there by public transportation.

It states that they offer a private beach, actually, you cannot really tell it is a private beach specifically open to the guests at the hotel, or just free chairs for guests at the hotel. Because it is a very crowded private beach, but the beach is very beautiful. We arrived at around 3pm or a bit later than 3pm, however, the room is not exactly ready. When they handed over the room to us, the bed is standing alone with a gap between the wall and the head of the bed, we have to put the bed in the place it should be ourself. And there is not enough quilt, we asked, and the staff refused to give more with no decent reasons, just give me the impression either they don't understand English or they don't want to understand. The restaurant is extremely expensive for just ordinary food. We paid 160 euro+ for three people.Just a quick note to other guests who might want to order there: be careful not to order something special(as they say) and off the menu.

We are family and friends for four people. Therefore, we booked two rooms, each for two people and we finished the payment online before going on this trip. When we arrived, the staff-the owner of the hotel, said, "No, this price is one person lives in the two-people room", and there is a problem with booking. We were so confused, and he asked us for sure that we shall pay double the amount, otherwise, we shall leave. I then asked him to call the booking, he seemed like calling for 20 minutes. I then get more and more confused, and decided to take my Swiss phone, and call the booking service from Italy. Till the booking, very nice and efficient colleagues in booking, for sure helped us out of the desperate situation. The booking staff tried to reach out to the owner of the hotel, and he-the same person at the reception of the hotel took an excuse that he can't speak English and did not pick up the call. Then he said he would allow us first to check-in, and everything goes normal as it should be. And for all records, the owner of the hotel is the only person in the hotel who speaks English. This is our first and worst experience ever happened with booking, hope this would help others. If you run into anything unpleasant like this, for sure, you shall try in the very beginning to contact booking. They are really thoughtful and helpful. I will continue to use booking for my future trips, and I shall recommend others who book this hotel be careful of this similar situation.

This hotel’s location is great, just near the beach. They also provide sun umbrellas and chairs for guests.

We had a bad experience here because we were denied to check-in at first because the attendant told us there was a pricing mistake on Booking.com and we only paid half of the price. This mistake apparently is not our fault, if there was a mistake at all, but we waited and argued at the front desk for more than one hour before the attendant finally agreed to allow us to check-in. This significantly affected our mood. Plus, the room was not carefully cleaned and the waste bin was still full when we get in. Anyway, we would never recommend this hotel!!!

Owner seemed genuinely surprised but not ready to take responsibility.

Beach ugly. room not clean. Sand in bed, noise the whole night because of the very heavy doors.Place looked run down, rusty and not clean. Wifi only at one place. We left after one night. Owner didn t react to requests from booking for potential waiving of fees. Preferred to spend extra 1000 Euros for a last minute booking in high season in Sardinia to staying another night.
