This is great accommodation. Easy to find, plenty of parking on site, safe and close walking distance to the delights of Syracusa. We are a family of 4 (2 adult children) and loved the space, privacy and proximity of the rooms to each other. Excellent communication on entry instructions, breakfast vouchers (redeemed at cafe 5 minutes walk) and also departure process. The cleaning lady helped with an ironing board request and also taking the City Tax and organising change. We would highly recommend Spigole House

We selected this BB because of location, very near to Neapolis and Museum - Moreover it has a parking space on request, and this is useful since it is not easy to find place in the center. Ortigia is 15-20' walking distance but for us it was not a problem. Rooms are freshly renovated and very clean. The staff was also kind and ready to help .

Nothing, the B&B was fitting well our expectations...

Very modern, well located, good structure

breaskfast is served in a coffee shop close by - could have been informed before. What I didn't like is that it s located on 2nd floor without a lift (only stairs) and went with a disable person - so it was a nightmare everyday to go in and out. So I would say not suitable if you have a baby or old person.

Beautiful room, very clean. Air-conditioner was good bit noisy. The host was excellent at responding to questions about parking which was excellent, and how to access entry into the room. Gave us great suggestions for restaurants. Thank you.

Noisy airconditoner, the louver was not working and hummed a strange rhythmic tune all night.

Our room was very well appointed and pretty. Well designed, and had some extras like a clothes drying rack for hand washing. Very secure access. Our host was quick to reply to questions and helped us figure out how to walk from bus station. Location is central for walkers. restaurants and great pizza close by. excellent choice for those visiting Siracusa.

A bit of road noise with hospital across the street but it did not affect our sleep.

Modern and new, the owner allowed for us to park in the courtyard. Very good communication with the owner. Easy to get the keys to the room. Great breakfast in a cafe two minutes from the apartment.

Modern flat with lovely rooms, stylish and nicely decorated. The host was very organised and was easy to access the facility, get the key and feel at ease. Secure parking was available at the place and the host allowed us to keep our cars there. It was also useful to have a book guide of Siracusa.

There could be a little bit more included in the breakfast options.

The location is in a main road, but is good cos many shops around you, for us we liked the place. Thanks Anthony

What I didn't like cos I know there's was parking spaces empty inside the gate, & when I ask for it, to park inside they told me it was booked already, but am sure there was empty spaces. at least what I can say is that I find parking in the street nearby.

Breakfast not on site but 3 cafe choices all within walking distance. Location great. Trains busses all nearby 15 mins! Would recommend to all visitors!

Andrea who we never met was a great communicator and facilitated our self-checkin. There was onsite parking. They have 2 spaces so not sure how many rooms they have. Check beforehand. This was the reason we decided to stay here instead of Ortigia as parking there is difficult. It is a long walk to Ortigia. On the second day we drove there and found a parking lot paid by the hour. At night it was easy to find free parking there. But we prefer to stay somewhere with guaranteed parking and avoid the stress. Beautiful room with exquisite Italian design. Everything was top notch. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower. Some people complain about the breakfast. A coffee and pastry at nearby café. For us it was perfect as it was available from 7am until any time. The coffee was excellent and so was the croissant. A better breakfast than we have had in most b&b's. Better than amateur coffee and stale croissant served when the owner wants to. That is enough food for us but if you need more you can buys a variety of things at very cheap prices.
