From the moment we walked in the staff were super friendly, helpful and full of smiles. It was my birthday the night we stayed and they went out of their way to give us an exceptional experience- they even gave me a birthday gift!Thank you so much Hotel Mediterraneo!!

Beautiful view. The food was fantastic. I thought it was cool that you could have drinks on the rooftop and see the sea below. The 5th floor is for breakfast and dinner. We had drinks on the main floor bar and could view the sunset over the sea. Beautiful pool area. You could go to the very bottom floor to get to the sea.

I will say that I had to get a staff person to get me coffee after 15 minutes because they were more interested in putting table cloths on the tables and it wasn't full than looking to see if people needed coffee. You have to get a shuttle to get to the main part of Sorrento but they do go every 30 minutes. Our friends were staying in the center of the city that was very nice but they werent at a place that had access to the sea.

It is truly a 5-star hotel from all aspects. The reception staff was very welcoming. Restaurant staff could not be any better. The pool and beach (free access) were fantastic. View from our room was fabulous. Room was very clean and comfortable, and the views from our balcony were superb. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had with many delicious selections from extensive buffet and ordering from the menu. Location was excellent. Their hospitality was exceptional. We will definitively go back.

Initially, we were surprised with the size of our room (much smaller than we expected); however, once you accept that's the way it is in Europe, it was no longer an issue for us.

Don't know where to start! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, it was truly perfect. From the very beginning the staff were incredible, so welcoming and they went above & beyond to give us the best stay possible. The hotel is beautiful, well kept & completely spotless with great facilities. The location is great, close to Sorrento (mini bus shuttle offered aswell) but far enough out that it's quiet & relaxing and the sunset views were stunning. I cannot recommend the hotel enough, we loved it & can't wait to return.

Exceptionally presented and extremely clean, rooms were beautiful with a great location for the evening sunsets. The sky bar was also a gem of a place, with an amazing vibe and atmosphere! The complimentary bus also made the trips down into Sorrento centre effortless.

As always the cost of foods and drinks was a little steep but after all this is a 5 star hotel in the Sorrento region. We had a late transfer home and needed a hospitality room to freshen up, there was some initial confusion about the facilities available until we found out the spa had a showering room that guest could use.

Everything about this property was exceptional - it had a real boutique hotel feel to it! And the staff (Pina, in particular) were the friendliest, nicest people you could ever ask for. The rooms were gorgeous and the view from the balcony was well worth the upgrade. The bed was SO comfy. The rooftop bar is a must too. All in all, we couldn’t fault this hotel at all. You must stay here if you’re travelling to Sorrento.

Breakfast was excellent with the best views of the whole Gulf of Napoli. The food offering was very good. They even offered eggs in many styles to your liking. The staff were exceptional. Rooms were a bit tight but very clean and look new. Bathroom although small but it had a shower WC and bidet and a wash sink. Best of all the bathroom has a window overlooking the sea or garden.

The location has the best views but it’s far from the center of town. Given the heat of the sun during summer, you have to take a car to town.

Nothing, lovely hotel & couldn't fault the facilities, staff or service

The whole stay at Hotel Med was excellent from the moment we arrived, the food and service was superb, all the staff were great and couldn't do enough. There are a few members of staff that go the extra mile, but you can tell it is a great team effort. The hotel is spotless and in such a good location. The shuttle makes the access to anywhere in town perfect.

We celebrated our honeymoon at the hotel, after visiting 5 years ago. The staff were very friendly and have us complimentary prosseco in our room when we arrived. The breakfast staff, and Luigi were so friendly and accommodating. They brought me soya milk for my breakfast even offered to take our photo. We would love to come back again

When we first visited 5 years ago we had a complimentary visit to the sky bar , it would be great if something like that could be included in the stay. As I think it is a lovely addition. However there is not much I would change. The only thing that would have been good would be to have milk in the room for coffee and tea. However when I asked at breakfast if I could take it up to my room that was not a problem.
