Holiday Inn Turin Corso Francia, an IHG Hotel

I would first like to thank Hanna (sorry for the misspelling) at the reception. we arrived at 10.20 am and not only did she allow us to check in she found a room that had a huge double bed and 2 separate beds for my daughters as my eldest is now taller than I am and struggles to sleep on a sofa bed with her sister. The room was very spacious compared to most hotels we stayed at. The location is great as the metro stop is barely a 100 meters walk from the hotels and brings you to the center of town in about 10 minutes. The breakfast is nice and the staff very friendly. we will definitely go back when we return to Torino

The a/c was not working in the hotel during our first night and no one warned us. it was so hot we had to sleep with all windows open

The first room the offered us was opposite the lift so we asked to be moved. The staff were most helpful. The room was large and well laid out - standard hotel room but the bed was huge and very comfortable. location was ideal as we were out of the centre but the metro line ran form a station almost directly outside. The neighbourhood was suburban but there were loads of local shops and restaurants if you walked around the corner. A large supermarket 300m down the road. The room was quiet and cool with a great view of the mountains in the distance. The hotel did not appear to be busy but there were always lots of people at breakfast - not crowded. Breakfast was great with options of cooked or savoury/sweet. tea coffee and juice and fruit available. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No outdoor area to sit and have a drink in the evening, inside bar and restaurant did not really appeal, but other than that no complaints at all.

Proximity to downtown and parking has different sizes of places for all types of cars. Not far from Juventus stadium. A few gluten-free food at breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The room was not cleaned when we came back around 14:00 from shopping with all the bags. We had to put them back in the trunk of the car because the room was not ready, and we did not want to leave the bags with all the newly purchased things in the room (with tickets etc). When we came back around 16:30 it was done. We could not use the "Do not clean the room" card because, from our understanding, it had to be put before 2AM. The light in the breakfast room was too dark (it was rainy outside and already dark outside although it was 9am - a little more light would have been appreciated).

The wheelchair-user room was excellent, plenty of space, bed the right height for transfering, bathroom very good with lowered sink, roll in shower, toilet with grab rails. Comfortable bed, and you could open the windows for fresh air. Housekeeping was excellent, my room was spotless. There was a kettle and minibar in the room. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold, and delicious pastries. Restaurant was also very good with attentive staff. Reception staff were great and helpful. If you are a wheelchair-user, then I reccommend this hotel to stay in.

Just that the bathroom floor was very slippery even when dry - for safe transferring, a non-slip rubber mat would be very useful. I had to ask for one, and it was sent promptly to my room, but if the hotel provided one already in the bathroom without disabled guests having to ask, that would be very helpful. I have already made this suggestion to the hotel. It's the little details like this that help disabled guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold, and nice pastries. The room was kept spotless by housekeeping, and the staff very nice and helpful. Location is opposite a metro station which takes you to the centre of Turin. The wheelchair-user room was excellent with lowered sink, roll in shower and grab rails.

Being specific, as a wheelchair-user, a rubber mat would be useful in the bathroom as the floor was slippery. I add that when I requested one, it was supplied promptly, but maybe have one already in the bathroom for disabled guests without them having to ask would be great.

Location was great for me, which is why I booked it. The hotel was clean, the breakfast gave plenty of options the staff were amazing.

My room was a room facing the sun, so when I entered the bedroom at 7pm, the thermostat stated 27 degree C. I asked reception if they could help me work the air con but they stated this has been turned off due to the weather not being hot. Considering when I arrived the weather was sunny and was 26 degrees C, I would say iair con is needed. Therefore I had an unpleasant sleep because when I opened the window, it was too noisy, but without it, it was too hot. When I'm spending such a high price I would expect to be able to work the Air-conditioning.

We just came from Holiday Inn Genova where we had a much bigger room, so in comparison, this one was a bit small, but it was ok. The breakfast was excellent. The location great, close to the subway and we slept with the windows open as there was no noise from outside. That was great. The last evening we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was delicious. In short we had a wonderful stay

The night lights, they were, they were much to big for the bedside tables. But that is nitpicking

The beds felt very luxurious. While not being located close to the centre of Turin, it’s very close to the Massaua Metro station. Breakfast was very good with different kinds of milks (soy, lactose free). We had a room not facing the road so maybe ask for that too, if you like it quiet. Would recommend and book again. There’s a Speed queen laundromat nearby and also an open air farmer‘s market for those who want to travel with only a few outfits and those who want to buy fresh produce.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit family living close by in Torino. There is good service, a great atmosphere and we love the breakfast/dinner room (and what we eat there too). This time, we travelled with my (future) wife's wedding dress as we were getting married nearby and we asked the cleaning lady to take extra care as it was hanging on the cupboard door :) And she did! We also managed to get some clothes washed the same day even if it was later than the normal pickup time. Grazie mille!

The hotel is nicely located on the metro stop Massaua. In less than 15 mins you are in the center were all the shops and main attractions of the city are. The staff representatives were really kind and always available to satisfy any kind of request. One morning I needed a room for some meeting that I had because working remotely and they even gave me an available conference room for it. It was really nice experience. The room are big enough and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast also really nice. I will definitely come back to this hotel 😍
