The property is relatively central. The building is Beuatiful, even the elevator had style! The room was big, clean and comfortable. Because i had an early departure they opened the breakfast room early for me! Breakfast was great - even freshly cut delicious fruit salad was available - the best i had for breakfast at a hotel.

I would have preferred if the bathroom was in the room - but i should mention it was right across the door, spacious and clean. Also the automatic hotel lock was finicky.

Great location near Torino Porta Nuova train station (we were interrailing) looked dodgy area when we arrived at night as arcaded walkways were poorly lit in places and sadly there were quite a few people sleeping on the streets. We had no problems though and easy to walk around town from hotel- also near tram, bus and metro stops. We had the large yellow striped room and the beds were super comfy, 2 large patio doors opened onto balcony with view of courtyard garden. Big shower room. Excellent breakfast with large selection of cold dishes, eggs on request and delicious home cooked cake all served in the large breakfast room with a communal table where we could speak to other guests which was lovely, giving it a homely feel. Tricky getting into apartment the first time until we worked out the instructions for the digital key then no problem. Buy transport tickets at tabaccheria near tourist office opposite Porta Nuova and validate ticket on electronic pad when entering bus/ tram. Metro only has one line so is fairly useless for getting around

We arrived quite late, about 9pm and had to pick up the key from the cafe at the corner of the building. This turned out to be no problem at all. The interior of the building (palazzo is the right word) is very grand, as is the Bellini apartment, and very secure. The room was very spacious with a nice ensuite and views over a central courtyard. The bed was really comfortable. The room was pleasantly cool. When we entered the dining room at 8.30 the following morning, Mrs Elsa had provided an amazing breakfast with a variety of cereals, yogurt, meats, cheese, pastries and a selection of home baked cakes....I wish I had the recipe for the apple cake!. She was the most charming and welcoming host. I hope to return so.etime soon!

It was gorgeous building and great location close to the train station . Nice to walk around and close to plaza San Carlos . The building , flat everything was very clean . Elevator inside the building but a little challenging to get luggage into the room itself . Breakfast was delicious and fresh . Elsa was great super host !

Stairs into the bedroom is too small for medium big luggage and also challenging if you are traveling with strollers or kids but it is just a small stair otherwise all is excellent.

The host was an extremely nice and kind woman who made me feel at home! :) On top of this, the place is just gorgeous and the breakfast DELICIOUS!

I was locked outside in the street and couldn't get in until a person, living there, came back by chance at the exact same time as I arrived. Apparently it has already happened multiple times and it would need to be fixed. However, this doesn't overshadow the positive aspects of this place :)

A delicious breakfast spread that included homemade cakes. The room and adjoining bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. She even accommodated my travel companion's need for an extra early breakfast (due to her train departure time).

While the double bed in the room was very comfortable, the single bed was quite narrow and not so comfortable. I'm guessing for a child, this is OK, but there were 2 of us friends traveling together.

I completely underestimated how wonderful this place is. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a small balcony to sit on, but felt more like a home than a hotel room. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast spread was great (and convinced us to buy our own little espresso maker). The private bath was also large, and the only place in Italy where we got an actual bathtub, even if it was across the central hallway.

It was hard to find enough open power outlets to use. Maybe not an issue for some, but we tend to have a lot of electronics charging at night. The locks are tricky to manipulate.

Place centrally located in a good part of town. Public parking along the street in front of apartment block. Cost 10 euro a day, buy a ticket from tobacco kiosk at corner of block. may not be easy to get a place, but just wait for a car to move out. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Attic room may not be recommended for tall folks. Also difficult to haul heavy suitcases up the attic. Very kind and helpful host. Great breakfast. Also a nice shared sitting room for guests.

its location was ideal for our one-day visit to Turin. even though we had a “murphy's-law” situation during check-in, our host responded timely and remedied the situation immediately. the breakfast the next morning was also great thanks to wonderful home-baked tarts and pastries provided by Elsa the attendant.

Superb location, unexpectedly quirky beautiful decoration, great shower room of our own and also a bath in shared bathroom. Left before breakfast really early to catch a train but had an expresso before we left, all very well kept and decidedly beautiful.

Was tricky initially to use remote check in system but we worked it out adn more our issue than tha properties!
