Ciampedie Luxury Alpine Spa Hotel

Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.

I wish the dogs would be allowed in the restaurant, maybe at least in a separate room, or a corner somewhere ☺️

We loved everything. This was proper 5star experience from the hotel itself through all stuff service (restaurant, reception etc) We were especially amazed about the restaurant service. Im on gluten free diet, and they were going up and down,so I have provided all - every day, without me even asking. If you want to experience 5star hotel with 5star service - go there! We've been on a wk stay for ski trip (family of 3) we have hired a car, so no need for ski bus, but there was ski bus close to the hotel. Spa area was amazing! Absolutely fantastic holiday. A small, high-end boutique hotel with very engaged staff, great views of the mountains, delicious food (particularly dinner), and very attractive SPA facilities. The massage was one of the best I have ever had.

Really only minor points, like offering extra towels at the swimming pool.

Our stay was fantastic! Our room was spacious, the view was incredible and we loved every meal that we had in the dining hall. The staff was extremely accommodating and was very helpful with any questions we had. In particular, our waiter, Mauro, was exceptional. He helped us with recommendations and helped translate for us when needed. If we are ever in the area again, we are definitely going to stay here.

the staff super friendly. once we arrived they even upgraded our room ☺️ (with mountain panoramic view). The rooms super clean. Loved the spa and the pool (indoor and outdoor). Dinner was excellent ( I booked half board ). They even gave us a go away gift (local honey) ! loved it 😍 A wonderful relaxing weekend

One of the best hotels I have being in my whole life, the service is exceptional awesome, the food was great, and the facilities was great as well. Definitely going to back!

The bathroom of a family suite has no door, so for a family it's uncomfortable.

we were charged 5 euros for tap water at the restaurant. We should have been at least informed that for water you have to pay extra over and above the already paid meals.

amazing view , and relax areas. The lounge and restaurant views and services were very satisfying. especially must say about spa procedures I have done : massage and body treatments were done in a very professional way by Terapist Afrodite (her name).

Overall, I had a great experience with the Ciampedie, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean and perfect. The spa was amazing, A perfect example of how spa experience should be.

Great and fresh breakfast where the egg and hot drink were custom made. Great location, friendly staff. Overall highly recommended!

The equipment in the gym can be richer such as having more weights.
