B&B Hotel Malpensa Lago Maggiore

Location is comfy once you travel with car or on bike - it is basically next to the big road. Room was spacious, modern and equiped with effective air-condition. Beds are comfy, large table available, many hangers and storage space. Not far from lakes or Milan, ideal area if you are entering Italy from abroad. If you are staying here, take breakfast! We did not take it and I regret our decision till now, it looked amazing - make your time for it.

Hotel garage for extra fee (but you can park outside for free). Bathroom and bedroom is divided by visible-through glassy wall - you better choose your room partner wisely :D

Upon arrival, the very helpful staff informed us that they had upgraded our room free of charge. Instead of a regular room, we stayed in a suite. The suite was a really big upgrade - beautiful! A whirlpool, above average comfortable bed, refrigerator... The breakfast was very good. The staff is very friendly - from the receptionists to the cleaners. The prices of additional drinks from the fridge were fair and the offer was good. The parking lot is easily accessible. Despite the fact that we lived with a larger group of vacationers who were in this hotel at the time, we did not feel any excessive crowding or noise.

Switches in the rooms are poorly marked and "scattered" on the walls. No logic to figure out what each switch means. For example, there were led lights above the whirlpool - it was a real adventure to figure out how to turn them on. The accommodation is located right next to a busy road and is far from "civilization". You really need a car... Access to the accommodation is only from one direction, so it is sometimes necessary to drive up and down before reaching the hotel.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced with excellent customer service from the person who handled the check-in to all the staff. The lady who was working during breakfast was really kind when she offered to check if they had some additional vegan options.

The room didn’t have a chair (which I needed for work), but it was immediately provided after I requested it to one of the staff members.

Excellent staff, helped a lot. Room cleaned and comfortable ( bed was amazing) Amazing breakfast, lots of variety, fresh and delicious. It is not far away from the train station that takes you to all main locations.

Not in the best location, IF YOU ARE WALKING. You either have to cross the motorway (dangerous) or call a taxi ( which most Ubers cancel on you or you have to pay big money just to take you there)

Friendly staff. We met Alessandro, gave good information where to eat out. (need to drive 5 mins but prepacked frozen meals were available in the freezer in the lobby, can heat up with microvwave provided) Big nice , quiet room. We were given an upgarde (thank you)....wow, super good room but the only thing was a bit too warm...we switched off the heating meter on the wall but still some warm air circulating. We slept with window opened, no problems. Plenty of carparking space. We recommend the hotel

Not so easy to find the hotel especially if you arrive at night.....but we managed it after some turnings up and down a few times...bet many people did the same, what a "fun" way....hehe Nothing else to complain as we just stopped for a night while on the way home. Rather convenient. Will be back if need to stop in the area next time.

This was the perfect place to stay as it was right next to the airport. We got a late flight which was also delayed, so we wanted to get to our hotel and rest as soon as possible, it was super easy to check into using the machine and find our room. The room was comfortable and great for one night. The staff were lovely and helped us where needed, they also kindly took us to the train station so we could continue with our journey. I would highly recommend.

We only stayed one night at the hotel (stop along a longer roadtrip) and found everything we required. The reception staff was very kind in giving us good recommendations for dinner and also efficient for check-in and check-out.

The rooms (as a family we had to rent 2) had a distinct smell (of leather?) that we could not completely get rid of by opening the windows.

Room was comfortable and cleaned every day, The room was warm and cosy for this time of year. towels and toiletries was provided each day during room cleaning. Breakfast was served hot which included eggs and smoked sausage, followed with a cheese and ham toast, plenty drinks and cereals are available over all a good service is provided, the House staff are very friendly and helpful.

nothing to dislike. Great location for Leonardo training centre, which is only a 6 minute drive away.

Our room was on the first foor and they have a possibility to park a car next to the room entry. Thats unbelievable convenient when traveling with a car. Although we didn’t book a breakfast, we were welcomed to have a breakfast coffee free of charge. Comfy bed!

Parking was easy, parking garage was really nice with the hot temperatures. Despite booking about an hour in advance, Cinzia was very welcoming, the Room was clean. The breakfast was good and more then enough to choose from. It's easily reached as well. We never really heard any guests in their rooms, only when they were out in the hallway.
