Definitively missing a swimmingpool, missing also a private parking the hotel should buy a Bagno and offer luxe bath facilities to the guest. the hotel has an agreement with a bagno on the beach but this place looks cheap, staff totally uninterested so this is not matching at all with the high standart of the hotel

Great location. We have stayed twice during Carnival, in 2020 and 2023, and the hotel is so clean and in excellent condition. The front desk staff is lovely. We would stay again. It's the nicest hotel on the strand.
The sea view suite room we had had a unique shower wall that you could see into from the living room. This was not ideal with teenagers in tow, but you could open the bathroom door all the way to block that. However, the bathroom is then open as long as people don't enter it's more private. Still, more like a honeymoon set up than for a family, but we managed.

I was confused by the fact that the 1 Michelan star restaurant offered us a traditional menu however the table beside us had a degustation menu. Also we were told breakfast was a buffet yet other guests ordered a la Cart breakfast. Perhaps some of the restaurant staff need to be more forthcoming with what is available.

This was a very nice stop. We look for hotels that are easy to find have parking good breakfast and with restaurants nearby. This, I can report, after staying there, had all of these.
Parking is provided, but it isn’t actually on the premises. So we had to park and bring our bags to the hotel. The hotel pays for that parking, but again it isn’t actually on their premises. The staff offered to help us bring the bags, but for us, it really wasn’t a problem!

location was great and the staff were so kind - the train strike caused us to change our plans and they allowed us to store our bags for a day. The meal we had in Lunasia was supreme - Michelin star and gorgeous courses!!

Good alternative to Buffett breakfast. Paola was serving us exceptionally well. All staff were very welcoming, attentive and friendly.
There was an issue with one of the lights which didn’t switch off but the staff went out of their way to fix it and even offered us a change of rooms.
