Breakfast was included, which is good, although it's always the same thing. But I'm okay with it. The neighborhood is quiet. The distance to the main Vinci is a 10-minute walk. There is easy street parking. Lorenzo tried to assist me a lot. Thank you, Lorenzo.

Nice comfortable B&B with modern bathroom & good shower in a good location to visit Tuscany. Lorenzo is a wonderful host preparing excellent full breakfast including yoghurt, cheese & ham, etc. Good functioning air conditioning which i could appreciate in the extreme heat ! A place to recommend in Tuscany.

The comfort level of the host, he makes you feel at home. I love fragrance of the freshly baked bread every morning which Lorenzo makes everyday.
That I have to leave as my time is Italy is coming to an end.

Good, quiet location with plenty of parking on the street outside. Lovely room with large bathroom. Very comfortable bed with everything we needed. Great host, very friendly. Would recommend.

Breakfast was everyday the same and very modest. Nothing cooked, we could have bought it in the market.

Breakfast was promptly on time with variety of items Host there to make and serve coffee. The host Lorenzo was very friendly and attentive. The home very comfortable, clean well maintained and decorative. It was also close to the center of town so easy to walk.

The host was fabulous. The location is great, only short walk to Vinci town centre. And three minutes walk from bus stop.
The breakfast was good, but mostly sweet Italian breakfast, which i am not used to.
