Comfort Inn Fukuoka Tenjin

So close to the subway. But need to carry all the luggages to climb many stairs to exit from subway. My favourite convenience shop Lawson is nearby. The river and the walking street are nearby too! So many good restaurants can be found there. Staffs are so nice and helpful! Our room was big, the biggest that never seen in Japan! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our room type has bathtub and we enjoyed baths almost every night! Coffee machine nears the reception, it was so lucky that we could have a hot coffee while going out to wind. Overall we enjoyed so much staying here! Would like to come back again!

Bed heads were a bit dusty and the pillows were quite hard.

Great location in Tenjin, near to the subway and buses, with a 24h Lawsons nearby, and Daimaru and the Tenjin Underground Mall minutes away by foot. Komeda's Coffee is in the same building. Love the complimentary coffee and tea machine in the lobby. Room was compact and the bed was very comfortable. Only one pillow provided but Reception provided more on request. Amazing shower, the best I have encountered in a long time!

The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours if they are noisy. Street noise can be a problem on lower floors; I was on the 10th floor so not really troubled except for occasional police sirens. The breakfast is not a buffet but a set of egg, drink, and bread, choice limited. But there are other options in the area so it's OK (for example can walk 15 minutes to Yanagibashi Rengo Market for seafood).

Convenient location and by far the best towels we had on our entire trip. Beds were comfy and the coffee was good. The two different colour toothbrushes and cups (black and white each) in a bathroom for two was such a well thought out detail. We really appreciated it! We were also very happy about the provided water kettle!

The aircon made the room a little too dusty, very noticeable under the bed which we had to use for storage.

Very convenient location. Few minutes walk from the underground shopping street. Also a short walking distance from Hakata. 20mins from the airport by train. Love the cheap laundry facilities.

The housekeeping was not really up to standard. The carpets were dirty and dusty. We could feel it staying there as our throats and sinuses acted up.

Close to center area, department store, shops, bus stops, metro station and restaurants. Rental pillows and leg pillows are available at the reception desk.

The carpet is blackish color and I found many little dust by the walls and under bed. The sofas in the room and the ground floor hall were made by cheap fabric and it looked overused and dirty, especially the ground floor ones, so I refrain from using them.

The 10th floor room was very light, and the desk, while not very deep, was enough to work.

everything was fine, but when I checked out, the attached Kameda's Coffee was filled with people waiting, so I could not try the breakfast. Not the fault of the hotel or the shop, but too bad.

The location is good, and it is very near to the subway staion and the Tenjin underground shopping street. The staff also prepared the towel for the kid.

almost none. The only thing concerned may be the sensored light which is not friendly to the partner when i went to the toilet during the night.

Rooms are spacious and comfy. Free coffee in the lobby is delicious. Staffs are nice and helpful. The location is near a shopping street. Many restaurants nearby. Just a walking distance to Yatai and Canal City.

No parking space.

Close to the nearest subway station which links to the Tenjin Underground mall and Tenjin station. Great location for going to both Tenjin and Hakata. A short walk from this year's Hakata Gion festival route.

There’s no bathtub but the built-in shower was soooo nice!

My room faced to the main road with heavy traffic daytime and nighttime, so it was hard to fall asleep. The pillow was too small and uncomfortable.
