Toyoko Inn Tokyo Fussa Ekimae Higashi guchi

Location to Fussa Station was ideal and a short walk to Yokota Air Base. The room was bigger than other hotels I've stayed in Tokyo. Rooms facing the West side have a beautiful view of the mountains and Fuji. They also provide breakfast which was really great.

While close to Fussa station was great you will hear the train coming in. Also noted I could hear humans in other rooms but I'm not a light sleeper. Just something to consider if you are.

I liked how it was very close to the station and the room was very convenient for the location. I will stay here again in the future. Staff was very helpful.

The beds they were pretty hard and The room was very small but what I expected. Also, I had problems asking for the cleaning to be cancelled but that is my own fault for having trouble speaking not the staffs fault at all as they did their best to help me.

All the staff are very warm and accommodating from fronthdesk to housekeeper to banquet services. Except the breakfast, our 7 days stay, foods are with the same menu over and over. Its delicious though. But I hope it may vary everyday. I had a goodnight sleep with so beautiful skyline at night before i close my eyes. And that is so magnificient.

I hope you upgrade your luggage cart. Lol.

The location is fabulous - convenient to everything. Breakfast was bland, but freshly cooked and free. The staff was mostly helpful although the language barrier is strong. Google translate helps a lot!

I spent a LOT of time in the elevator getting to the 13th floor. Laundry facilities are only on the first floor. The rooms are exceptionally small and the bathrooms are quite cramped. Still very nice and comfortable though.

Hotel was very clean and breakfast was very good. Location was excellent, next to the train station and steps away from shops and stores.

I didn't like having to be out of my room all day for a mandatory clean on the forth day but I understood the reason for it.

Breakfast was good but there were almost no Vegetarian options due to which i could only eat Salads , Bread and Soup. THis area can be improved considering global standards.

Sometimes cleanliness could have been improved but that was only on 1-2 occasions.

The Toyoko Inn Fussa is another very good standard Hotel, free parking, helpful staff, speedy check-in, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, good location and good value for high quality. Suitable for everyone, business and pleasure.

I've had an overall nice experience staying at this hotel. Lots of people are complaining about firm mattress and pillows, but I found them very comfy. Besides it's a lot healthier to sleep on a hard bed, then on a soft one. I slept like a baby!

The breakfast was even worse than food from the convenient store, would not recommend eating it.
