it’s really nice to wake up to sunshine and ocean view. (it believe that all rooms are with ocean view) breakfast has a really wide selection of food, tho eating time is quite short - only 7.30-9. there were often food shortage because the kitchen ladies couldn’t catch up. but at the end - people were nice and pleasant.
the facilities are still ok looking but quite old. various bugs were entering (through windows?!) during our two day stay. the staff don’t speak English. at the checkout we were surprised with an extra charge for the public onsen. don’t get me wrong there is a paid private one and the public shared ones. we used only public and suddenly we were charged for it. nowhere was written this and it’s very strange for a ryokan to do it.
