Green Rich Hotel Kurume Natural Hot Spring Arimamutsumonnoyu

Location is good since I drove. Easy to access and staff at carpark is helpful even he did not know English. Very nice breakfast with a restaurant next to the big windows on the ground level. So nice to watching the street view in the morning. Onsen on the 2nd floor is nice too. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The slippers provided are a bit slippery. The room is a bit smaller than expected. I needed to park early since there is not much parking spaces provided since I asked the property by email. So I could not drive further that day. I am not too happy about this.

Centrally located in Kumar, so easy to find the hotel. This hotel has a spacious bath (onsen) and room is a bit spacious compared with standard room in hotels in Japan. Staffs were helpful, trying to help me although their English wasn't good.

I had to use a kind of public parking lot, so difficult to find it, and hotel is a bit isolated, so difficult to find restaurants from the hotel

This trip was primarily for business purposes, and I chose this hotel because of its convenient proximity to my destination. The value of my stay exceeded my expectations in terms of affordability. The hotel was impeccably clean and situated in a prime location within Kurume city. Additionally, the staff members were exceptionally friendly, and the check-in process was remarkably swift.

Clean and spacious public bath facilities. Very comfortable beds and absolutely love the pillows (with the contours)! staff were super friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights of stay!

The breakfast choices were limited so we decided not to try. but if it had good food choice selection, it would be a major plus.

I didn’t know that there’s a hot spring in the hotel when I booked it. The location and price are good. Hot spring is a bonus. The staff is nice, and they provide masks for ladies for beauty purposes after hot spring:)

the room is small but acceptable. the bathroom is old but acceptable.

The breakfast is good but not so rich, for example there are only two kinds of breads to choice. The room provide massage chair is wonderful for people walking long distance. Also, this hotel provide hot spring. it's really good to relax.

The location is very well because the stations is not close to the hotel at least one kilometer far. No convenient stores are neighboring the hotel.

The price is very reasonable, and the hotel is well-equipped with all the amenities needed. The guest room and the amenities are very clean, I would highly recommend the hot spring bath (onsen).

I wish there would be complementary bottles of water in the guest room and the rest room near the hot spring bath.

The room space is rather big compared with other hotels with 2 queen-sized beds. Bathroom is also wide. Clean, good reception staffs.

Should have one sofa for another person. No tissue in Onsen room for ladies. Should have staff to clean the room timely.

Hotel has quite large public bath tub. Also buffet type Japanese breakfast was gorgeous with many different type of “okazu” that matches with white rice.

Nothing particular, but coin laundry machine may be occupied if timing is not good, since 3 or 4 machines for washer and drier.

Size of room too small, but better if provide more kids amenities in the hotel. The parking at the hotel is free but parking base is limited. I need pay for the first day of parking
