The position of this hotel was within metres of Sijo subway station, lift exit 4a. Staff were excellent and breakfast was varied and more than ample. The room was far greater in size compared to those in Tokyo. For those who unsure of restaurant dinning there's a great choice from the basement of a department store located 10 minute walk along the underground walkway. This is the second time that we have stayed here and would certainly look for availability on our next trip

Fair price and great location for Kyoto-Osaka tourist, good quality breakfast. French toast was especially great. Room was also wide enough for single tourist.
Wi-Fi quality was relatively poor. I used LAN cable for connection of laptop computer. Breakfast meal price for non-reserved was highly expensive.

The location is very close to Karasuma street, which has a lot of restaurants and shops. There is also a Starbucks connected to the hotel, which I thought was fantastic.
We had nothing to complain about. Everything was clean and very comfortable. My fiancé commented about the pillows be stuffed too much, but that's just a personal preference. I thought that they were fine.

Really convenient location, for both transit to/from kyoto station and visiting local sights. Room was quiet. After an efficient check-in, we had no further contact with the staff.
Air con could work better and was noisy.
