The hotel was located at the excellent area which nearby Nagoya station, can go for sightseeing by public transport in a convenient way. A wide variety of restaurants nearby and have great food experience from day to night Breakfast and tea time coffee station provide a fresh up corner for the started of the day Eco friendly approach, super like Friendly and helpful staff with English speaking support, Flavour the travel experience

Location! It’s a short walk from the station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also like that the toilet and shower in the room are separated. Free beverage (eg iced chocolate) during specific hours at the lobby.

Vending machines in the hotel were rather disappointing but good news is there’s a convenience store right beside the hotel. No international TV channels.

The bathroom was unexpectedly spacious, with the bath area, toilet area and basin area segregated. It was really clean too! We also appreciated the free beverages available at many hours of the day.

There were three of us and after the extra bed was set up, there was only space to open up one luggage at any one time. Air-conditioning was controlled centrally and we would have preferred if we could control the temperature in-room ourselves.

The location is about 5 mins walking distance from Nagoya JR/ rail/ subway, which make day trip super easy, eg. Shirakawago & Takayama. Besides, the facilities of the hotel is well designed, space though is limited, (just like most of hotels in Japan), but it serves all the need we need.

This location is always a go to choice when traveling to Nagoya Ekimae area. Staff is helpful and speaks English. Location is very convenient to Nagoya station, reastaurants, and shopping. Room is comfortable and clean.

Room is small for traveler who carries 29” size suitcase. You can barely open it with just one suitcase, so there’s no way to open it when there’re two.

Found some hair and other debris, so not 100% clean. Wasn't that close to a grocery store open in evening (Lawsons was downstairs, but expensive and not a lot of options).

Close location from Nagoya station which is about a ten minute walk if you don't get lost exiting the station. View is nice and the facility is clean, bed is comfortable and I like how you can get outside air in without opening the window.

Very helpful staff, courteous and went out of their way to help us. Room was a little small but we had a high (and quiet) room with spectacular views. Close to railway and we found a very good restaurant nearby. Great place.
