Comfort Hotel Naha Prefectural Office

Location was excellent - close to 2 monorail stations & bus station, & not far from (but not too close to) Kokusaidori. Many shops and places to eat. Price was very affordable for our budget. Breakfast buffet was good, generous, & we appreciated the welcome drinks & coffee / tea during the afternoon & evening. Staff was 100% friendly & helpful.

While it was wonderful to have laundry facilities at the hotel, the dryers were only average for our needs. We learned to either add more coins, do a lighter load, or let things air dry in our room overnight & finish in dryer next morning, if needed. Absolutely everything else was very good!

Comfortable beds, very friendly staff, and exceptional breakfast - with Japanese and western options, loads of fresh blueberries and two different types of healthy smoothies to start your day healthy. Across the street there was a parking garage, where hotel guests could park for 820 yen a day. You pay at the hotel, and get a voucher card which you use as payment in a slot when you leave the garage.Great service from the hotel, but it has to be communicated in advance.It is a huge selling point, why not advertise it?

There was nothing to complain about. Except that rooms were a bit small, but it is fine for the location.For people with cars - it would have been nice to know about the parking possibility in the garage in advance.

Location was wonderful - quiet neighborhood, close to Monorail stop 7, three convenience stores (7/11, Family Mart, Lawson within 100 yards) . Breakfast was delicious and plentiful-much better than Toyoko Inn. Appreciate welcome drinks in evening. Room was comfortable, with amenities. Check-in and staff friendly and efficient. An onsen would have been nice

Hotel located in downtown. Good restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel serves great breakfast.

It's not so simple to use public transport in the city. So if tou want to go to the beach, be aware that could take 1 hour at least.

Prime location, 5 minutes walk from the monorail and Kokusaidori shopping area. The room was specious and had a nice sitting area. An air purifier was provided. Breakfast was plentiful but limited seats.

In room carpet needed a deep clean.

The staff was very helpful - even if some of them couldn't speak good English, they were still very eager to help, using an automatic translator. When asked abotu it I could rent a bicycle for free (there are 2 available), and there were different thigns I coudl get on request (e.g. additional pillows). Breakfast was very good, and wi-fi was also quite fast at most times - only later in the evenings I had issues when streaming movies.

There were some issues with my room card sometimes not working, but the staff was always helpful to fix it and give me a new card. I think keeping it in my wallet might have broke the mechanism. The breakfast choice was not really great, but I understand it's because of covid.

The staff are all very kind and helpful. Location is good; walking distance from a monorail station and the main bus center; also the downtown where many restaurants and gift shops are lined up is also in a walking distance.

Very close to the monorail station and great breakfast. Room is spacious. Being able to store luggage before check-in time was great! So you don't have to drag your luggage around.

The hotel is located in very convenient place, in front of convenient store, drug store and near public transportation.

Air conditioner and purifier are little noise during sleeping.
