The place felt very safe during the typhoon. It’s clean , quiet and confortable . I could wait in the lobby for the rain to stop for hours after my check out , thanks for that too. I had a great stay I recommend !
Breakfast closing from 9:30 felt too early for me :( But the staff was very nice with me and I was allowed to go a bit past the time anyway . Nice!

Capsule room was comfy and clean. Staff was quite helpful, especially when it came to parking matters. Coin laundry available. Drinking water coolers provided.
There was no women’s toilet on the third floor. The neighborhood didn’t seem dangerous, but appeared to be in an area with several…gentlemen’s entertainment establishments.

the toilet for female is very very far from the bedroom. you need to go down and tale the elevator to go to the toilet. worst experience for people who often wake up in the middle of the night to go to toilet.

4th floor does not have a female toilet you have to go through security and take a elevator downstairs and take another door, Come back again security elevators and another door again

The hotel is clean and have comfortable beds. The room is no so big, but enough for a couple. The hot spring is a good plus for the hotel.
My only issue during the stay was the staff. In two cases, the staffs at the front were not helpful (one of them was kind of rude). In one case the staff avoided to talked to me when I asked him to repeat some information that I did not understand. It made me feel really uncomfortable.
