The staff was extremely friendly! We really enjoyed the freshly made breakfast with the different options to choose from. The hotel is beautifully furnished and the room was more spaceous than usual in Japan. There was no noise at all and we slept very comfortable! The bed is also very big. We got fresh towels every day. The location is awesome - just around the corner of a park and really close by to the subway. We walked to Dotonbori etc. all by foot from the hotel :)

A wardrobe would be nice to have if you stay for a couple of days like we did :)

The bathroom is more spacious than the hotels I stayed previously .

It’s good to have washing machine and dryer but only 2 units for the whole hotel with 100 rooms if not more ? It would be nice to have 1-2 more unit so there’s less waiting time . Nonetheless it’s still good to have this facilities . Breakfast portion is quite generous but there are only 4 options . Suggest to have kids meal too .

Great location for shopping streets. Convenience stores very local and a short walk to the metro station. The neighbourhood felt quite safe, even in the evening. The hotel allowed storage of luggage before check-in. It also provided a welcome drink voucher for the hotel cafe. Also offered at check-in were amenities such as hairbrush, razor. The hotel team provided a very friendly and helpful service. The room was mostly very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bulgar backed pillow was a nice touch. A treat to also have a bathtub. The air conditioner and air purifier kept the place feeling warm but fresh during a cold night outside. The room had towels, hairdryer, refrigerator, pyjamas and slippers. The communal microwave was located on the 06th floor with two washer/dryer laundry machines on the ground floor, beside a vending machine facility.

A little busy at opening of check-in at 15:00 but the hotel staff provided a ticket and guided to take a seat to wait comfortably. There was a stain on the carpet beside the bed and the shower curtain would have benefited from a launder. The view from the window was of the wall of the neighbouring building but due to the size and decor of the room, it still felt spacious and airy.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff exceptional! We loved our room, it was so spacious. The subway station was super close, so easy to get around.

For breakfast you have 4 options, but it felt quite repetitive. Would have been nice to have different options each day! Also, there was just nowhere to put stuff in the room, especially no hanging space which was annoying as we were there for five nights. The room felt quite messy as we had no other option.

A very comfortable hotel with helpful staff. The room was also relatively big, especially when comparing to other hotel rooms in Japan. The location is not very central, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and there is a metro station not too far away.

The breakfast is limited - no buffet, and you need to select one of several options ahead of time. As an example, if you want fruit you need to select the fruit option, and then you get only this and a salad.

Check-in and check out was easy - and they even had free drinks for guests when we arrived! The area is unassuming, but nevertheless just a 10 minute or less walk to the train station! The room was clean and included just enough modern amenities to complement our stay. It was comfortable and quiet. Excellent value for the price in USD.

Only 2 things wasn’t good. checking in was it takes time and need to issue the card for machine it’s really take time so better just register by machine or staff. My room lighting couldn’t turn off properly. It located upper to tv side. So could not sleep well.

Great hotel, comfortable spacious room with all amenities available. Free coffee and juice available in the lobby. The only minus point was the rather poor and unreliable wifi connection in combination with an also too weak 4G téléphone signal... for a holiday trip this is not very important but for a business trip this might be annoying. Other than that, all my compliments for hotel chain and staff!

It felt really homey right away. The staff is adorable and the room small but comfy. It has all you need and the train station is close so everything is quite easy to access.

There’s not much space (hard to even open suitcases) but it’s been the case everywhere we stayed in Japan. Travel LIGHT everyone, cabin suitcase and then laundry in the middle of the trip!

The actual hotel facility and the room itself were very modern. It waa clean and well maintained. The staffs are very polite and accomodating.

It was quite a walk from the nearest train station. I intially thought it would be nearer. The breakfast was actually nice and delicious but the variation was very limited. (4 types) of plated breakfast to choose from.
