Hotel Keihan Kyobashi Grande

I really like the location because I had business at Tsurumi Ryokuchi in the morning (parkrun :). This is the only hotel that has a direct line to that place. Also, it is literally in the station, although not the Nagahori subway where you have to walk 7 minutes to the platform. But JR and Keihan are literally in front of the hotel. The price is reasonable and good value for money. Hotel is fairly clean and the staff really try clean it (observed them doing their job and they are not just passing by pretending to clean).

You can hear the trains from the window. Although I guess that is the trade off of booking a hotel inside the station.

We were there for holiday and it's situated just by the train station which was convenient. Hotel is worth the stay. Kids loved the room and facility.

We booked for 3 nights and the last day of stay, we had to leave early due to our flight was in the morning therefore we couldn't have breakfast though we paid for breakfast throughout our stay. There was no refund nor able to provide simple packed breakfast for takeaway. Would have appreciated if especially the kids could have something to eat before departure.

The location is good as it is near my office so I can walk over to the office instead of using public transportation. The breakfast was good as I was expecting a simple breakfast but it turned out that the breakfast spread is pretty good. Overall good experiences.

The electrical shut down for maintenance after midnight and the aircon was off but it did not affect much due to cooler weather on the day I stayed.

It was very hard to find. The signs were visible, but the entrance was hidden, and even with the help of a local guy, I was still going around in circles

Location was unbeatable. Bed super comfortable.

Lack of almost any English speaking staff. No pool, spa, sauna, gym. Breakfast heavily overpriced.

The location was excellent, friendly and helpful staff and clean facilities. restaurants close by as well as shopping.

Reception would not provide me with an invoice of payment. They said Boking.com should do this. Booking.com said that the hotel should have provided it, which I agree with.

room was too small for two beds. We are back to the hotel after one overnight trip. Requested a bigger one with more money. Great room now.

Other than above, it's all good!

Representatives are now all computalized which is very nice, but those actual people at the counter had no greetings at all although they saw me... it was a bit weird! They should have at least smiled...
