Hotel She Osaka

This is a fantastic hotel. The amenities are great and the staff are really friendly. It is located more on the outskirts of the city so there are less tourists in the area and has a neighborhood feel. There is a grocery store and pharmacy store with personal care items right across the street, many restuarants and is less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. They have 3 washers and 3 dryers in a laundry room that you can use at anytime (coin laundry) The owner of the hotel is a DJ and there are vinyl records in the lobby you can take up to your room which all have a record player for use. It is also a great place to stay if you have food allergies because of the ability to cook in a the share kitchen. Because it is not in the city center it feels quiet and comfy while still giving you easy access to go anywhere you want in the city. Is a great place to stay if you started your Japan trip in Tokyo and maybe feel a bit burnt out from that intense hustle and bustle :)

This is a new, modern and unique facility as it is only 5 years old. They have a record player in the room and you can get music for it from reception . loved the room decor . Bathroom was really nice - in addition to the usual shampoo, conditioner, body wash they also had face wash and two types of lotion . good water pressure . I had a coffee from reception one morning and it was the best coffee I have had during our whole Japan trip. reception hosts very friendly and helpful . they have a washing machine and dryer which we used and had no issues. bathroom , room and facilities very clean

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had no issues with facilities or cleanliness. Everything provided was perfect. Kento, who works behind the reception, was always helpful and gave good advice on travelling during the rainy season and good local restaurants. Thanks to him, we were prepared for the bullet train (shinkansen) cancellations due to rain. One bonus was the record players provided in every room, as well as a collection of records of which hotel guests could borrow from. It can only be a good thing for a good music culture to be included for those who care about it! This hotel was really relaxing after our long days of travelling. I think this hotel is good for young people, older people who also want to relax, couples and families. There is lots of privacy, and we saw couples and families staying in the hotel happily. Location is reasonably good.

- The staff are pretty nice and friendly. - The room is so nice, having enough space and decorations, and even with a record player and two vinyl records provided. - Have laundry room on the same floor.

- The location is a bit far from many popular Osaka sightseeing. - The pillows are hard and not really suitable for me. Personally.

The whole place has such a great atmosphere.The decor is cool and welcoming. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. The record players in the rooms and the record rental service is such a great feature. A short walk to the station meant it was also really convenient to head to Universal Studios from the hotel. Highly recommend.

The design of the hotel is really nice. And they have a record player in the room!

Room cleaning only happens every second or third day of staying, but they will provide new towels daily if requested.

Breakfast was really bad. Undercooked eggs and burnt croissants.

Near the station, Near Universal Studio Japan. Everything are accessible. The staffs were nice. we stayed in a twin bed which are very spacious. It’s a 10/10 for me

The hotel was very trendy, clean and the staff welcoming. There is a vinyl player in each room, and records to borrow at the lobby, which made the stay very special! Great idea. Definitely recommend if you want to stay near USJ or Bentencho district.

The room was a bit small.
