The biggest advantage here is that it's on the 11th floor of the wheelchair barrier-free room. Usually, wheelchair accessible rooms are on a very low floor, so I was happy to see a great view. Thank you for accepting it as a fixed-term delivery service. It was a great accommodation in various ways. There are a variety of breakfast menus, yogurt in the bath, ice cream, and delicious ramen in the evening, all in excellent accommodation. Please make sure to add breakfast and taste it. You can make and eat a variety of things, from simple croissants to kaisen-don.

There was no disadvantage of the hotel. But I thought Yonago is a difficult place for travelers. There's a jr train every hour. I think it'll be a better trip if you rent a car. And there weren't as many places to see around me as I thought.

If you want to get away in Japan, this is the place. One drawback: The local train from Yonago is almost an hour each way before you can connect to trains to visit around the area: Shimane, Tottori, and Hyogo Prefectures.

The only sugar available to make our tea and cocoa was to take it from packaged coffee sets wasting the rest. Seemed foolish. So, I talked to the man at the front desk. He suggested we go buy some at the store. We were guests for seven nights. Lots of wasted coffee pouches and creamer powder.

A lovely sort of Japanese-style hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and there were a lot of little touches to make you feel extra welcome (complimentary local sweets, a free ramen service at night, and post-onsen ice-cream). Dinner and breakfast were fabulous with a great selection of sea food. Maybe most important the hotel is not only right across from the station but also at the start of the Mizuki Shigeru road, walking along it at night and seeing the bronze statues of various yokai (ghosts, imps and demons) lit up with some sound and video effects was an unexpected delight.

Very well run hotel with top amenities, comfortable bedding, amazing sound proofing for a great night sleep. Offered free kids iceblocks, morning pro-biotic drink, late night ramen. Great service, English speaking, friendly staff. Car parking nearby at reasonable price. Great buffet meal option as most local shops close early. Block out blinds that work.

This is quite a new hotel, modern, with a tasteful Japanese-style atmosphere, and that nicely complements the look and feel of the surrounding town. The location is superb, a short walk from the Sakai-Minato ferry terminal, and with a big supermarket nearby. The staff are polite and helpful, and everything is clean, easy-to-use, and in good working order. Our room was small but very well designed so as not to feel pokey, with a relatively spacious toilet and shower room, and all the facilities we needed such as air conditioner, TV, fridge, and remote adjustable light. Plenty of power points. Good insulation meant very little noise from adjoining rooms--a big plus! There is a traditional bathing/spa facility on the top floor, which is very pleasant indeed. This facility really cemented our opinion of Dormy Inn as an excellent chain of hotels.

Nice room with tatami mats, excellent facilities, great onsen, good location close to the station.

Not a problem for me, but as it was a traditional room, the beds and chairs are set very low to the ground.

I really like Dormy Inn hotels lately - clean, convenient, easy for a family etc. Here there was a spacious onsen. Breakfast great! Nice location right on the main street with all the anime sculptures.

Only two things to note: a bit of chlorine was felt in the onsen...probably justified in corona days (?). And second small thing - breakfast is short for weekends/holidays (till 9.30), and is there a real need to come remind us when we anyway have finished and we’re about to leave? But these are minor, we really enjoyed our stay

The location is wonderful! Across is the JR station. Breakfast is amazing! Hotel even provide free ramen at night. Popsicles or yogurt at the hot bath floor. We really like this hotel!

It was just the best hotel of our trip so far. From fun free amenities, the hot spring and sauna was so great and the location was so much fun! I loved how friendly the place was!
