First and foremost, we would like to highlight the warm and welcoming nature of the hotel owner. Their kindness and genuine care for the guests created an atmosphere of comfort and made us feel at home. Their personal attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a memorable stay truly set your hotel apart. The staff members at your hotel were remarkable in every sense. Each individual exhibited a genuine passion for hospitality and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Whether it was the front desk personnel, housekeeping staff, or restaurant servers, everyone displayed professionalism, attentiveness, and a willingness to assist with any requests or inquiries.

I love this place, I stayed there more than a week. Rafat is incredible, so was his friend Jafar. It’s a family business that really wants the best for their customers. The wifi is one of the best I had in Jordan, crashed rarely. The place was way cleaner than stated in the other comments on booking. No rats or cockroaches. The sheets and blankets were clean. The toilet or floors weren’t always optimal, but I would say it was average from other hostel I’ve seen in Jordan. I met nice people, I drank unlimited tea, I thought the common area and dorms were really cozy. If you want toilet paper, or really any advice on what to do in Jordan or how to get to the airport, ask at the reception and they will satisfy every need!

The hotel has been opened for a long time and it could use some renovations. It was sometimes loud or not the cleanest, but nothing to be ashamed about, just not perfect. There is no heating like most hostels in Jordan.

Location superb. You can't have any better deal downtown. Staff is nice, friendly and competent

In the city center , there is hot water and internet . what more do i need !!

This place is a real gem. It's not pretending to be anything it's not, it just fits Amman. The owner, Raafat, is softly spoken but very kind and attentive to every request: the only person in my trip to Jordan, who didn't put sugar in my tea when I asked for no sugar! Bravo! Breakfast is a big serve of local food, hummus, pita, falafels, etc. The location is great in the hustle and bustle. 5 minutes walking from the Citadel. The room is fine. I recommend this place.

I didn't dislike anything but sure some things could be better: wifi cut out intermittently and the speed wasn't great but I'm not here to stream Netflix so not a big deal. Shower was hot but pressure could be stronger. The hotel doesn't have central heating so come prepared as the nights are cold: ask the owner for more blankets.

The location of this hotel is excellent!! walking distance to everything and in the middle of the action. we also had a room facing the alley so it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

For the price …. you can’t complain! Next time staying there I would bring a sleeping bag liner.

Ali the owner was so lovely, I came here as a solo female traveller and I felt soo welcomed and loved, the location of the hotel was perfect and this hotel had everything I needed, I felt at home here, truly a wonderful stay thank you for such an amazing experience. I would 100% come back here

The location is great in the downtown,is there a lot of shops,restaurant,coffee shops,monuments within walking distance like Amman Citadelle,Temple of Hercules,Jordan Museum,Folklore Museum,Archeologic Museum,Roman Theater,lot of mosques,churches atd.Amman is a big city that has more bus stations.The local people are very friendly.Our host was very nice and friendly I have only a positive experience with him.

Everything was absolutely great I have no complain at all.

Very good, lockal breakfest. Very nice, helpful host who gave us many useful tips regarding the traveling in Jordan. He also helped us if we had any problems or questions.

There was no kitchen and also no towels were provided. That were not big minuses for us, but it is good to know it earlier.

The hotel was super cheap, especially given the location - right in the city centre. And breakfast was included in the price, too. A big and tasty breakfast. The staff was amazing, the guy from the reception was always smiling at us, at one point he brought us chocolate out of nowhere and when we overslept he even brought the breakfast to the room for us.

It was only quite cold in the room, there was no heating. But during summer that is not a problem.
