Bishkek Boutique Hotel

Hotel is located at best location. Atm, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, barber shops, money exchange everything is on walking distance. Located in the center of the city and very convenient to go anywhere from there. Taxi is 24/7 available through Yandex app which is too cheap. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and exceeded our expectations by providing the big room as requested & also got us connected to tourism company for further travels. Breakfast was also very good. Wifi is very good and available at any corner of hotel. They accept card payments and arrange Airport pick/drop.

Room size was normal. Bed mattress was ok not really comfortable and door had enough gap under which was not comfortable as all sounds and noise of other room people beside comes in

Everything is as always at the highest level! In the restaurant, they can always cook something especially tasty and healthy, and in the SPA, the magnificent master Baitik will restore the body after a long flight or intense training. Very pleased with the compliments from the Hotel. In ORION there is always a feeling that I am at home and I am the most special guest. If you are looking for a special experience, you should definitely visit the ORION Hotel. Really one of the best Hotel in the world!!!

Once the house keeping forgot to clean my room

Staff were friendly and helpful. They were willing to prepare drinks which were not on the menu and which they had never prepared before, at our request and following our guidance. We ate dinner in the hotel expecting an average meal but it was delicious and better than the meal we had in a 5* hotel on our way back a few days later. We had to leave too early for breakfast, but staff prepared ‘lunchboxes’ or takeaway breakfasts which took into account individual food preferences and allergies.

It was difficult to communicate with a staff member who was unable to answer questions about the dishes on the menu because she spoke very little English. However she asked a colleague to help so this was a minor issue.

This hotel is a good recommendation especially if you are looking for something good prices and affordable. The location is near to all places you want to go , like malls or coffee shops, just like 5-10 mins by taxi.

So far I have nothing to unlike the property, as I had a good stay with them. The staff is also very helpful,

Hotel have me a packed breakfast at a very early hour of departure, which was nice. There was a misunderstanding about an early check in which was resolved in my favour, which I much appreciated. Very friendly staff.

Taking a shower at 2.30 am before leaving to the airport, it took very long for the hot water to arrive, but it eventually did.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and location is sufficient central to reach all important points in a few minutes.

Everything was fine, no complaints.

Good internet, nice breakfast, polite and helpful staff, good value for money and they have comfy bed. The room is big enough and has toiletries available. We had good time 😊

The Hotel was comfortable and clean. There is a hotel lobby restaurant which serves drinks once you return from a lovely evening out.

The breakfast offered is very basic, it’d be nice to see some eggs offered. Sadly they didn’t have the facilities to be able to send postcards from them which I find useful and convenient.

Their breakfast was exceptional, very home-made and obviously made from the heart. Their staff is very helpful and were able to accommodate me very well. When I returned home, I missed their breakfast a lot.

Clean and in excellent condition, good facilities, good breakfast compared to Bishkek, helpful staff

Just wish the staff spoke better English
