Onyx Hotel Bishkek

Very spacious rooms with nice layout and friendly decoration. Very clean and super comfortable bed. Breakfast is always fresh with a nice selection. Staff are very nice and always available for advice and help. There is a big mall close to the hotel with a very nice foodcourt, that was a plus as I didn't have to walk or travel far to eat :) Will surely come back on my next visit to Bishkek.

The WiFi in the room was very slow. WiFi in the lobby, on the other hand, is very good!

quite nice hotel and room was comfortable. All staff are kind and helpfull. They have a nice and big bath-tub and i like that .

Wifi is little bit slow but okey i had a simcard from airport and i was okey . For my opinion breakfast is week and product are not very good quaily maybe under mid. quailty location of hotel is okey but bit far from city center and you have to use taxi for everywhere. the wiew of hotel is just a random street and i dont see and mountain wiew

Soon after making my booking, the hotel contacted me directly to help me arrange transport from the airport and an early checkin (for the 3am flight arrival). They made everything so easy, and were so welcoming. The breakfast is great, the rooms have aircon, and the gym in the basement is a great asset!

There wasn't a blanket on the bed, which was a little odd! Otherwise the room was very spacious and comfortable.

Great stay. Nice and comfy room, bed. Nice bathroom. Great breakfast. many choices. The only thing - if you want real ground coffee you need to pay extra. We were offered possibility of early check-in but we needed to pay 50% more, so we chose to walk a few hours - there is a shoping mall nearby where you can eat/shop.

It's a bit far from the centre, around 30 minutes walk. But taxi is cheap so not a problem really.

Upon arrival in the morning I’ve got immediate early check-in and had breakfast. Lady who worked day as well as a guy working night at reception were very friendly and polite! Room was spacious enough, clean and well supplied with shower accessories, kettle and teabags. Safe box is also available. Hotel is not located right in the center of Bishkek, but it takes just few minutes and 1-1.5$ to reach on taxi. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Everything was well. I would only advise to work a littler on marketing leaflets and warning letters for customers, correct grammar mistakes and communication style to make them perfect. This is just an advise which doesn’t affect service level)))

Hotel is progressed well from my last stay there. They have improved service and breakfast. Good hotel for good value.

I am a regular at the Hotel, my stays are from one night to several weeks. The hotel is well located close to Asia Mall. The personnel is helpful and smiling. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

It is not so much I did not like, but there were 2 terraces in front of the hotel which were pleasant to have a drink and cigarette. It is now reduced to a small square place on the hotel's side, with only 2 tables for 2.

Staff was very nice and polite, location good, room nice. They were keeping my suitcase for few days before I came back to hotel. Restaurant is good and working whole day
