Spa Hotel Ezeri

Ezeri Spa is actually nicer than in the pictures, and great value for the money. The suites facing the incredible gardens were perfect for two adults + child, with a large balcony and swimming pool. The Spa is small but nice, and the location is perfect for any activities around the Sigulda area.

The Hotel was obviously built some time ago, and definitely needs some upgrades and renovation. The kitchen staff were not very knowledgeable and the food was average. The internet was terrible.

Good and rich breakfast! We had it on terrace with wonderful view! Very satesfied spa zone for such a little hotel. Big and beautiful garden. The gardeners are working - just marvelous! Very interesting planning of teritory - there are places just to be alone and relax.

Unconfortable beds- very hard mattress. Under bed sheet there was kind a plastic sheet, which rustled… Personally I dont like carpets on floors. There was no shelfs in bathroom. Most of the TV programmes - in Russian. Coffe beans type- just not my favorite.

I liked breakfast, service, staff was helpful. The hotel was cozy and charming with a nice terrace and the view from it. It was quiet and peaceful around

Wifi didn't work at the room so I couldn't have an online meeting. The staff guided me to the meeting room, but wifi was not that good there either. It was untidy in the pool area, especially, jakuzzi. The water was really dirty. The bathroom at the room was small and the sink and shower cabin there were too tiny.

The atmospehere, location overall and specifically - the garden around the hotel for leisure walks and relaxation. Excellent cleanness and cosy rooms, clean linen, comfortable bad, helpfull stuff.

The TV set was not fixed - no connection ensured for any channel, even though satellite TV channels were included on the list when booking. SPA access not included in the room price, and should be covered separately if order via the Booking. Should be clearly stated in the booking process that spa access is not included in the room in spa Hotel )

The restaurant is really great, the food was delicious. The hotel has a nice garden with a great view on a lake and the forest behind. A lot of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

There was a small misunderstanding when we went to the Spa area, we only went there for one day but the bill showed two days in the end. We could manage to clear this up upon checkout. The spa area costs 20€ per person per day which is a little pricey for 2 small pools, 2 saunas and a whirlpool if you are already a guest of the hotel.

SPA nice, with steam sauna and regular sauna, pool. Breakfast as regular and doesn't have too big choice (sausage, egg, bread, cafe, serials. Room clean.

SPA Jacuzzi small and fit just two people or one couple. SPA short with entertainment for kids.

Very nice and responsive staff, fantastic breakfast with view. Roof room small but enough for short stay. All nice and clean.

Very small and hard beds:) Maybe double rooms are better but twin room not so good. Did not also understand where my coat should be put.

The very large park like garden with ponds, pergola, impressive flower beds, grapevines are absolutely amazing and extremely well designed and maintained. The location of the hotel and gardens in pristine nature is outstanding. Superb for a relaxing vacation.

Breakfast could be better in matching the fabulous venue and outdoor terrace are just perfect. Would be great to offer some more quality food products, like local jams, local and artisanal cheeses and cold cuts, tomatoes that taste like tomatoes, butter not from small plastic cups, quality fruit juices, etc. It doesn't need much to improve on this and guests will be even happier.

The spa and the restaurant are really nice. There is a wood area nearby where it is pleasant to wander around.

The location: the hotel is 3km away from the city centre and it is far to reach on foot.

This was our first time here in winter, and it’s equally beautiful as during summertime.

Maybe the rooms could be a little updated, but it can easily be done within the next couple of years and still look ok.
