beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. rooms are spacious and amenities was great!

the towels needs changing. it was frayed, dull and not fluffy. some parts were torn. it was a shame bcoz everything else was perfect.

i love the environment n the soft lounge music. they dont hv bellboy but if its included, they deserve almost 5 stars. the room was super nice. the bed was super soft n comfortable. the amenities is beyond expectation.there is elevator. the place is super clean.highly recommend from me.

the toilet is super tiny bit dirty n the bathroom door is a bit stuck but the place is still the best of the best

Everything - professionalism of the staffs (double thumb for Nurul at the front desk & the makcik cleaner for their exceptional service) Room quality - comfort & clean. Location - perfect location for traveller.

Hopefully they will offer the breakfast & in-room service option in future.

The Room and the toilet is big. Have private toilet. Bed also big and comfort.

Less Parking space, and the parking space is NOT owned by the Hotel, don't forget to pay the parking fee upfront using the Penang Smart Parking App

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the stay a very pleasant one. The hotel furnishings seem rather new and modern, bed and interior of the room were as stated; it was spacious! Hotel also provided small toiletries and water bottles which were very good. I liked the fact that the room came with two tvs, a common area and a microwave -- it would make for a good room for a family or a group of friends travelling together. Shower was clean and the water was warm. Hotel location was good too, within walking distance from lots of food options and one could possibly even walk to the main Georgetown centre.

Although generally clean, there were some instances where I felt that cleanliness could be improved a little - one of my sheets came with a slight small stain (perhaps from previous guests), but it looked like it had been washed.

The location was fantastic with lots of foods around! The staff was also fantastic :)

The toilet has a smell, more effort would have to be put in on maintenance.

Comfortably located. Very close to heritage areas at a comfortable driving distance. close to a couple of hawker centres which are not the best in Penang but serve well during emergencies. There is a lovely cafe next door with good coffee and bagel sandwiches. Neat and clean rooms. Also need to commend the staff. we returned after a couple of days to retrieve a charging cable that we thought we left in the room and the staff members helped us immediately.

The price is a tad bit high for a no frill hotel. This could be because of the holiday season but I found it too expensive for a hotel that does not even have a cafe, room service etc. Services are very basic even though the staff is very friendly and efficient.

The staff are super friendly! My period suddenly came and the female receptionist gave me a pad (out of her pocket very likely! Lifesaver!). Convenient location; comfortable room.

1. The TV channel is not stable and freezes frequently; 2. The room is clean but you can still see some dust at the corner; 3. Sound proof not very good, you can hear people talking/closing the door.

This place exceeded my expectation, large room suitable for family with small kids, large bathroom, comfortable beds, large TV (3 of them!). Location is excellent (shopping, food, malls, etc). Staffs are friendly and attentive. There are breakfast/coffee place, Watson & mini market on the ground floor. We will definitely stay at PHC during the next visit.

Parking (not hotel's fault). Although there are ample of parking spots around the hotel, just worried about the safety given it's an open road side parking, however all went well for me, got parking right in front of the hotel.

I love the overall design (choice of design, colors, and lighting) of the room. The water pressure was strong, the added rain shower was a bonus, which made bathing a joy. There were also 4 pillows by default and readily available on the bed. Cleanliness was great/top notch. Even though the hotel doesn't provide parking, every time I reached the hotel, there would be an empty slot of street parking.

Though I booked a deluxe king room and was expecting a king sized bed, the bed felt smaller it should. My partner and my feet are tall, 183cm and 175cm, and thus, our feet/leg were outside the bed/mattress. We had to pull the mattress outside of the frame to accommodate our height. No dedicated parking area.
