Amansari Residence Resort

The place is actly old. but the rooms has been refurbished so everything seems new and clean.ah yes. the rooms are clean. my nephew got food poisoning n vomited in our room. i called the room service n he cleaned our room immediately, n made the room smells nice too. all staffs are friendly n smiley too. we checked into our 2nd room 1.5 hrs late bcos it wasn’t ready but the staffs keeps smiling and talking politely regardless how angry we were..kudos for their hospitality

the place is old. room check in were 1.5 hr late. the toiletries were not provided on our 2nd day stay, though i hv to say the shampoo and lotion feels and smells amazing and i thought i never liked lavender. the accessibility to pool, parking, lift can be quite confusing

Come here for short stay. Very comfortable room. All facilities for mom/woman basically there. Quite big room. Kids can play around. Food quite good,beyond expectations since we expect the food just ok but not. Breakfast nice, we order room service food also nice. Pool, gym, & kids room function well & clean. If no rainy day, we can take a walk nearby cafe,have fish pond there. Parking so easy. A really modest stay, but refreshing.

Cleanliness at cafe during breakfast need to improve. Just a little improvement will make it perfect.

Facilities in the room were as mentioned. Had a comfy stay. Easy access to food, banking and pharmacy. The ambience had a touch of peace and calmness. Balcony did assist when we wanna have some light breeze moments while having a cuppa tea/coffee.

The green view from the balcony is no longer green. Construction is ongoing and there's a bed of orange soil as far as the eyes can see, from the balcony.

The view good. My girl really enjoyed all the activities for the children

I only don't like why they don't pass to guest WiFi password. When they connect just half hour can use. Then it goes off. We need to go down and look for them. It's very bad. I have been to so many hotels they will just pass to ask WiFi password. I hope you will be checking on this. Next month i will be coming. Hope to see the improvement

Staffs were all friendly and very attentive to customer's request.Breakfast spread was good. Rooms were clean.

Toiletries set- toothbrush/soap/shampoo missed 1 set.The lifts to be improved since longer waiting time to get in the lift during peak time.

The breakfast was very good👍🏻. Overall from toilet until the room and the balcony very good too👍🏻. This is my fifth stay at amansari resort pasir gudang😊

I hope management of amansari resort pasir gudang can improved about the channel television. This facilities little bit poor because me and my partner have to search channel television many times using auto tunes/searching.

super friendly staff, after check out my car had a breakdown and they let my wife, baby and i stay at one of their waiting room for 4hours until my car is fixed. they quite concern for my baby and checked whether we were comfortable while waiting. thank you for the warm hospitality.

All of it i was so like it.The room is very very big for a couple stay, and the balcony is very big & relaxed. It is clean and comfortable. The most important things is the price so cheap for a big room like this! Recommended.

All of it were okayy, but the location is quite far, it is okay if you guys have a car.

breakfast is good as got many choices, facilities also good & complete such as swimming pool, gymnasium, table tennis, squash court, paid massage chair

during my stay, there is construction work nearby, so not really a good view

The foods are so great. All stuff are friendly and kind.

In my room, they dont give us some information how to call counter service or anything. Moreover, I found channel TV3.. but it is in black and white screen. As a Malaysian I love to watch TV3 to watch News and movies, and so on.
