I like about the location of the hotel. The room, the bed so comfy. The shower was superb. That what was I enjoyed the most.

1. It was not even what I didn't liked but rather a suggestion to the hotel, to refurbish the furniture and upgrade a few things in the hotel to improve the ambience of the hotel. 2. The staff of the F&B must learnt how to serve the customer. Customer is always right. You need to meet the standard of a staff working at the 3 stars hotel's restaurant. Don't be so picky in serving your customers. Delaying on taking,serving and preparing order is a big NO to the hotel's restaurant. Serving dishes randomly without knowing what should be served first and what should be served last, should be learnt by all the F&B staff since it is the ethic that should be adhered to.

I like the hotel nice aroma, cool & fresh! The pastries were marvellous! The polite staff when entertaining our request upon check-in, courtesy for late checkout request was permitted very kindly... Appreciate it alot! Thanks I certainly shud come here again!

The roasted chicken served with Nasi Kerabu taste quite not fresh, a bit have smell.. They should improve on the main dish, the dining area and food serving area also feels a bit crowded. Struggle to choose the best spot to sit down at first, and found the lobby side seems giving a bit convenience for us to keep coming back when picking up food. However, I quite enjoyed the variety of the food served, great!

The breakfast buffet was amazing and by far the biggest and best selection I've ever seen. The food was also fresh and high quality, with rotis and eggs cooked while you wait. The room was clean and spacious and the bed and pillow very comfortable.

Our room was a bit "worn" and could do with makeover, especially the bathroom. The bathtub is high and not suitable for older clients and there's only a rain shower - so impossible to shower without wetting your hair. Most of the staff were very friendly, but not particularly efficient. A few seemed untrained in receiving and greeting guests (i.e. being attentive and smiling) and unsure of what they were doing. None of the staff could direct us to places nearby we could eat the evening or where we could find a night market. The WiFI is unreliable. If you have to work from the hotel get a local sim card.

Room was good, Breakfast was ok. No doubt the variety is plenty with western, local, light and porridge but there is none for special diet breakfast. Something without carb except for eggs and salad.

just that the key was not functioning after we came back in the evening. We cannot enter our room. As there is no phone available at our floor, we have to go down to lobby reception to request to reset the door cards. Receptionists are superb, even when we arrived earlier that 3.00pm. she tried her best to get the room ready for us to rest.

Room is big and clean, strategic location, very friendly staff, pool is clean, so far this is the best hotel every time we go on vacation in Kota Bharu, Kelate.

Car parking that is not covered and causes difficulty during the rainy season. The additional price for our children's breakfast on the third day is different. Staff informed that the previous price was miscalculated. Disappointed with the unprofessional actions of the staff for taking payment receipts the first and second day we had breakfast there and charging more on the third day of breakfast. I'm honestly disappointed.

1. Breakfast was awesome. Food was delicious. The buffet spread was great. The croissants were fluffy and nice! 2. The room was spacious. The biggest I have seen in Kota Bahru! 3. Ample parking. 4. The staff were friendly and helpful. They are always smiling. 5. Nice air-freshener smell at the lobby. Keep it up!

1. The lights in the room could be brighter. 2. The furniture is slightly old, would be better if they are changed or refurbished.

The location is in the city centre, the hospitality and friendly welcoming staffs was amazing, the breakfast variety was good and I wish they can add more traditional Kueh next time.

I think hotel need updating from elevators to old furniture and deco plus room cleanliness need to pay more attention in the bathrooms and I’m between beds. I believe hotel Perdana can be great & impressive hotel if they practice cleanliness and improve deco. All the best!

The location makes it easy to get Grab service. The bellboys are very helpful & friendly. Our room has been clean every day. Breakfast is lovely as they have many varieties, such as Nasi Dagang, Nasi Kerabu, and Nasi Minyak.

The receptionist need to be more proactive, improve their soft skills & problem solving. They could call and ask me to get the other room key at the reception desk. However no call from the receptionist & inform me the room has been ready.

very conveniently located in the city close to everything. parking is free. room is huge and clean. beds and pillows are super cosy. breakfast was lavish.

not much, other than the pool mosaics are crooked, uneven and dirty. chlorine a bit too strong. yet somehow we enjoyed it. the bathtub is super high, almost 2ft, u actually need to climb into it. toilet smells a bit also at times. one night someone smoked, the smell came into the room. not sure how that happens.

The variety of food and local food was so awesome, I love croissants so much, fresh from the oven The staff is so kind thank you very much to Miss Maisarah because for helping to upgrade my room and for the complimentary breakfast.

the bathroom should renovate because is too difficult to shower in a tub, is a slipper. Make a choice for the customer whether to use the tub or just a shower.
