Moty Hotel

The staff was friendly. The breakfast spread was good. Near highway.malls are nearby. The room was very big and clean. Toilet was very big n clean too. Water hearter worked very well.water pressure was good also

The aircon was very bad. I was sweating in the room. Not cold enough. No parking available. Had to park under the fly over for RM5 per day.the bed was abit hard.

The hotel room is spacious and comfortable for a family trip with kids. The interior design looks exclusive for shop house type hotels. The kids really enjoy the bathtub ( has see through glass door) and has an indoor swimming pool. The breakfast buffet has multiple choices of main and desserts.

1. Do not have hotel's own car park. Has to purchase 'bandaraya' carpark ticket from the lobby or can park at the private carpark under the flyover. 2. Has to go down to the restaurant to make a payment for in room service via debit card. Would love to have pastries like croissants for breakfast.

The location is near to Dataran Pahlawan and Mahkota Parade (walking distance). The room is beyond my expectation.

The hotel did not provide free parking for guest. As the guest needs to pay normal parking charge.

1) The room was very clean 2) comfy bed and cover. Had a very good sleep 3) WiFi is good 4) The Astro pre-recording on the TV can be improved. Very old. 5) need cotton buds in the washroom 6) Awesome location! Very near to the sea. Love that.

The caption on your hotel profile in booking.com mentioned ‘Very good breakfast provided’ but the breakfast was no where near good at all. 1) Over diluted baked beans. We were served baked beans in hot water. 2) Cheap sausages even cats won’t eat 3) Salad portion too small 4) omelette was average 5) bread was ok. But the butter and especially the jam, cheap, sweet and full of artificial colouring 6) please buy better coffee For RM300++, the least you guys can do is put in some effort and offer your customers good healthy food

Love everything esp the facilities and staff. Never encountered where the hotel staff called me just to ask whether i need room cleaning or not while I'm outside. So far, they have the best hospitality. The room is quite spacious, clean, cozy and has a bathtub which is important for me as i bring my kid. Overall worth the money spent here. I will definitely come again in the future. Keep up the good job. 👍🏻

The only cons i need to remark is the room view but then it doesn't bother me much. Plus they can improve the varieties of breakfast buffet . And the dining space is also limited. The parking is not reserved for guests but there are a lot. Just pay for a coupon or park in a private parking area. RM10/day.

The staff was super friendly,allowed to early check in..even the security is super friendly greet me every time i going for smoke.the f&b staff also super friendly...should promote the indian guy & the indian lady that work at reception,very friendly.

The breakfast for me very so-so...expected buffet but vice versa for me as picky eater.

Service, ambience was good.

Everything is nice in the hotel. Good value for money and really comfortable

Parking not provided

The front service was good,check in and out took less than 10 minutes. Food was average,not as expected,but the staff were very efficient in cleaning up the table for the next guest. The environment and the ambience is nice,the hotel location is very strategic to the city,just walking distance to the historical places like Jonker street,A Famosa.

The room was okay,only there was slight noise coming from the next room as it was connecting. The bathroom was just okay,there was a bathtub as advertised,only the water pressure and the drainage was poor,the management should do some maintenance. The fridge is also not working.

♡ overall, beautiful inside the hotel, start from the lobby area until the room. Didn't look like 3 star hotel, but look like 4 star hotel. Because some of the 4 star hotel/resort really look like 3 star only. ♡ very clean, neat & tidy everywhere inside the hotel. Bathroom was very clean & shinny. Bedroom also clean & tidy, even the bedsheet didn't tuck tight inside the mattress. ♡ buffet breakfast; nice spread. Didn't expect that 3 star hotel have porridge, because some of the 4 star hotel/resort don't have porridge. ♡ lastly, the best reason why I choose this hotel is because this hotel really got bathtub, even only 3 star hotel. Because even some of the 4 star hotel/resort outside didn't have it.

- dim light at the mirror. Need to add spotlight there. - just want to remind, housekeeper that clean the room have to double check if got any stain at bath towel, even clean towel, please don't put inside the bathroom. - we understand if the head chef decided to prepare the eggs in advance & put it at the eggs station, but it is more better if chef prepare it live as "a la minute" to present to the guest. - have to park near to flyover. Need to park near to the tree, all the dry leaves & birds "poo" at the car. - lastly, indoor swimming pool; too small. Very uncomfortable until we cancel to go down for swimming, due to few family member bring their childrens to swimming pool. Looks crowded. By the way, we cannot expect more like 5 star hotel because we understand this is 3 star.
