The staff who were very helpful and understanding. The breakfast buffet is decent although a bit expensive. The hotel was generally very clean and well maintained. It has a gym with an amazing rooftop view of the city

There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into that meant we had to move to the other side of the building. From what I understand they have sewage/drainage issues. This is fairly normal for buildings of this type and age in Malaysia though. Me and my kids are very sensitive to smell so maybe it would t bother other people. Having said that, the staff were very accommodating and helpful about this. Location-wise, it’s a little off the centre but nothing that can’t be managed with the help of a car or taxis.

Wish there was a refill of water for each day. I had to buy water on the second night cuz I came back from a long outing and discovered that they didn’t give water after they cleaned the room. Also upstairs neighbour was a bit noisy and could hear thumping.

The hotel is very cozy and has a rustic industrial look. Simple yet beautiful interior. The staff are always with a smile and ready to answer any queries. The restaurant within the hotel serves delicious food. It is like 20mins walk to the Hattan Mall, Mahkota Parade and Datatran Palawan. From there it is just a quick 5 mins to Famosa fort. If you feel like walking, you can walk around and check out all other attractions. Safe carpark facility. A short distance to food places. The bed was comfortable. The room was a good size for my mom and myself. Will come again. ☺️

Although everything in the room was clean, the bathroom wall tiles had some mould growing in between the tiles and under the sink. If cleaned, the room is perfect.

(1) Hotel staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. (2) The hotel lounge at ground level, and reception and dining areas on the first floor were nicely decorated. (3) Hotel room and common facilities were generally very clean.

(1) Room toilet door was located in a way that there was not much space to get to the wash basin without first taking a step down to the shower area. (2) Hotel room was located in front of the road and was occasionally noisy from road traffic, despite assurance from hotel staff gave that the room would be quiet. (3) Small toothpaste from previous occupants was found in the hotel room toilet. (4) Hotel guests and staff smoke at the area in front of the car park, which is very unhealthy and irritating for non-smokers. 😒

great breakfast, too many choices. pick and eat whatever you like. clean room and very comfy, my family have no problem with it so, it's amazing. superb layout. please come and stay =)

not in my thought yet....... it is my second time here though...

it was located slightly further from jonker so it was quieter, but still has its charms. the industrial theme was really nice too! Tip: walk a little to head to Go Whisky Bar for live music. The kopitiam next door serves great char kuey teow and wanton noodles for a quick meal!

1) for a check in on a weekday, still needed to wait till 3pm, and was sure the hotel wasn’t full, parking lots mostly empty compared to Fri/Saturday 2) we have to call for bedroom slippers and no bath robes, so that was a small blip on an otherwise nice stay

Decor, cleanliness, layout, ambience was all good. Common areas are nice too. Staff is very friendly, and we love the free secured parking spaces. The bed is comfortable. LOVE the coffee shop just outside the hotel!

Location is not that close to the hub of the activities, and walking there is tricky with very little continuous pavement space. Also, the rooms are not very sound proof - everything happening in the bathroom is loudly heard in the room, and noises from the neighbouring bathrooms can also be heard in our room. The bathrooms feel a little old (and it's not just the style of the decor).

The concept of the hotel is retro and hip. Nice touch to the decor. The location is awesome. Easy to get to town and attractions within minutes by car. There's also a cafe next to the reception. Breakfast spread is decent. Enough to keep you going for the day. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

No window grills. Was a bit worried about security but my stay was safe. Can be dangerous for adventurous young kids though. No swimming pool but who cares if you're there for shopping and good food, you will not have time to hang out at the pool anyway 😄
