Hotel Francia Aguascalientes

Room was LARGE and very comfortable. The room had extra amenities like a coat hanger, spacious storage for clothing, etc. Excellent location right downtown which is a huge plus when visiting that area. Having the breakfast in the rate was also very convenient to quickly grab something to eat in the morning. There is a well known restaurant next to the hotel (Sanborns) as an option too for more food options (of course not included).

The provided WiFi was adequate, however slower than what I am used to. Having business meetings via Zoom was a challenge.

Have stayed here a few times- there’s no reason to stay anywhere else. Price was good. Staff friendly, attentive, accommodating. Location is fabulous. Breakfast was very good. Love having a coffeemaker in the room.

The carpet could use replacement. It’s kind of crumpled in places and you can stumble. It would be nice to have a mini fridge & a microwave, because we were there a week, but not having those wouldn’t affect my decision to stay there again.

The most I Like was the location near the plaza and San Marcos Jardín about 1km.We could get everything Just across the street;cafés,restaurants,etc.Location unbeatable.Beds were comfortable and shower pressure good and hotwater,fridge and coffee maker a plus.

Price a bit high,I guess because San Marcos Feria.Rooms look old and dark,carpet looks make room old.

The facility really needs a rehabilitation. New plaster, updated elevator/lifts. I really think it is irresponsible to have the main lobby on a 1/2 floor that has NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY! That is not Good. No bathroom facilities except on 1/2 floor accessible only by stairs or in your room.

the location is great, the hotel is in the heart of Aguascalientes.

Breakfast was really very poor. also there is no parking lot, but there are parking attendants who take your car to a parking lot and bring it back when you request it. but you have to wait least 20 minutes for your car.

The price was great, the location is fabulous.

Really need new sheets as ours were pilled, which happens. On day 12 (of 14) the staff finally started to look like they were happy to see us and greet us. I encourage your staff to smile largely, as face masks really make people look not happy.

Breakfast buffet was amazing with amazing mexican (and some European) food. The hotel was luxurious and comfortable

Hotel was a bit outdated and old fashioned, such as some plugs in the room falling apart. And the carpet was dusty

Location, staff is friendly, clean place, quiet at 5th and 7th floor.

Rooms at 7th floor has old mattress and there is no view on windows y try to get another room but receptionist not so friendly, ( i stay in 2 different occasions, 1st time was great, 2nd time the send me to the 7th floor) and there is no parking lot in hotel you have to wait 20 minutes while the staff bring your car from separate parking lot.

The location is what I liked most, right in the middle of everything

When I checked in, I felt like I had to ask for the information about the hotel instead of getting it from the front desk, I thought it was odd

The location is great to visit all the highlights near the city center. It is close to museums, restaurants and other interesting locations.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but nothing intolerable.
