The restaurant was closed on Sunday, January 1, which was not noted on your website...so we expected to be able to eat dinner there. Luckily, the chef was in the office when we asked about the closure, and he offered to make us a quick pasta dinner (since he said most places in town would probably also be closed), and it was delicious!! He "save the evening" for us!!! There was no hot water for showers in the morning. That was VERY disappointing.

All the staff were polite, pleasant and very helpful. My group interacted more with Eduardo and Lorenzo at the restaurant and they were amazing. We are all very pleased with all the staff. They have some digestive drinks that are superb. For sure we will be back to the restaurant. The hotel I'm not so sure because we usually travel in a bigger group. But this was a very relaxing staying. The owner is very gracious. I'm sorry I for got her name (Ms Palma).

i want to give a big shout to (christian )and the staff the service was awesome the place is big the restaurant has great food and have everthing we need .I had space to leave my trailer and very secure my family had great time definitely will be back good job recommend

The restaurant at the hotel was closed, but the staff sold us a few cold ones to drink on the tree-shaded patio, recommended a great restaurant at the north end of the malécon, and arranged for a taxi to come pick us up at the hotel. All good! 👍

The staff was excellent. Everything was nice and very comfortable.
That there wasn't any ceiling fans. Even though there's an AC unit in the room, it was still hot inside. (July weather)

This place was exceptionally clean. Within 2 hours' time, I saw an employee mopping the patio walkway outside. Very clean.
