Everything the hotel is disgusting. The front desk receptionist is rude and completely unprofessional. Do not work with this hotel it is in horrible conditions. They don't even provide towels they make you leave a deposit for that. Don't believe the pictures either because that is nothing like how the rooms really are. Completely unfair, unforgivable service. I completely regret booking here and I am going to see about getting my money back. If someone from the corporate office can contact me please do this is terrible service.

If I could give a negative star I would.
Everything. Rented the room and they booked it to someone else trying giving me a cheaper room for the same price as the more expensive room I payed for. The room they tried to put me in was dirty and smelt horrible and were extremely hard. It was so horrible me and my wife left to another hotel

Everything. Starting with the receptionist that strangely is named receptionist because when I asked who I was speaking to she said receptionist. Such a pity that in a great state like Chihuahua these types of facilities are operating. Don't stay here they are not worth one peso. They don't provide anything!! No towels, no sheets, no pillows!! What type of hotel does that?!! Book anywhere else but, here honestly better out there!!

The internet is great
The roaches, dirt, lack of service, being checked out a day early with no refund, and no towels without deposit so I went to Walmart to buy my own for less money than the deposit.

The room was dirty. Cockroaches abounded. No towels in the bathroom. Overall a very tired, outdated establishment.
