It's nice they have a restaurant breakfast buffet unfortunately it's not free for the people staying at hotel. The food is ok. You can find better food outside hotel and is cheaper especially the drink prices at the bar are too high.

The continental breakfast the hotel offers it's depressing. Fruit cut in a bowel, cereal, sweet hard bread and coffee and you get to eat at the bar area. Anything that doesn't get eaten they just save it for the next day. If you happen to do early checking before 10am you do not qualify for continental breakfast until the next day and you still have to pay extra for early checking. Hotel only provides the same liquid soap u use to wash your hands that's attached to the wall its the same soap that is attached to the shower wall so no bar soap or hand lotion. Hotel does not provide shuttle service to airport ever since COVID according to the girl in reception but in the reservation it clearly says they do. So be prepared to pay for a taxi to airport.

I was expecting more. I went to the restaurant for breakfast one morning and had a terrible experience with the wait staff. I did not want the buffet and placed an order which never came until I finally flagged down a waiter who brought me cold and unappetizing food. I asked for a check for my coffee and got a full bill. I went to the cashier who apologized -- everyone in the restaurant knew what had happened. I paid for the coffee. I would have liked to have eaten there some evenings but of course did not. I luckily found a wonderful restaurant with great food and sterling service at Boutique Hotel. Truly terrible service my one foray into the hotel's.

I love the location of this hotel. It is at El Centro, walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Our room was cleaned daily and the housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning our room.

I like the Deja restaurant, but during this stay, breakfast was not great. Some items lacked flavor others were too salty. We also had to double check our receipt everytime we had breakfast to make sure we got the hotel guest discount.

Breakfast was very good as the restaurant has a wide variation of choices. The hotel is located in the center of the best area of old historical Chihuahua.

Everything is juat great. That is why i continue staaying there. I have been using this hotel for about 15 yrs already

Location is perfect, just in the center of the city. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Underground parking is included in the rate.

The parking is across the street, so if you have a lot of luggage make sure you park first in front of the hotel to leave your luggage there and then take your car to the parking lot. The air conditioners inside the rooms make a lot of noise. The included breakfast is quite poor.

Excellent location, next to the cathedral and the main streets. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff.

Breakfast was advertised on booking.com as included, turns out that only the continental breakfast (limited variety of options to eat) was included and we had to pay extra 165 pesos per person for the buffet breakfast.

The hotel is clean and very comfortable. It is near everything right in the middle of El Centro. The staff is great and so is the room and the restaurant and bar is excellent!

The room that I was in didn't really have hot water amd I do believe it was that particular room because I have stayed there in the past and the hot water was not an issue.

The location is wonderful and the stay in general was great. Very clean and big rooms.

Get rid of continental breakfast, the bread was old, better to say that the breakfast is a separate charge. Parking is free but it is not very spacious

The atmosphere and hospitality

The facility does not have private parking as the add mentíos, rather it shares a public parking facility across from the hotel. It would be of great benefit if the parking garage had a designated area for hotel guest.
