Old and rundown. Inadequate AC in the room. No hot water in the sink and it took forever for the hot water to reach the shower. No in Rome telephone so that you could call the desk to inquire about anything. Terrible television service most channels were full of static. The swimming pool has newspapers in the bottom and the parking was not secure.

just terrible! thread bare sheets, dirty bedspread. only two towels in the room, no bath mat. hot water takes forever! broken lamp. AC barely works. No phone in the room to call to ask for anything. parking isn’t secure. basically this place is a DUMP!!
