Real Inn Torreon

The room was great, beds are comfortable. The hotel condition is more than acceptable

The gym is in very poor condition, the equipment is damaged and not functional. The room is small and it's not convenient to work out. NO AIR CONDITIONING which is extremely required

Freandly staff, always asking if there is anything they can help. The rooms are very clean, the location is perfect, and that there is a starbucks inside the hotel.

The parking lot boxes are a little too small for a full size pickup so I had to park at the end of the parking lot.

Great coffee and breakfast service. Save walkable surroundings with lots of shops and restaurants

I liked that the property was really clean, and comfortable. The maintenance girls did a good job at cleaning and restocking the utilities.

I didn’t like that the AC in the room felt so hot. It was at 19C and honestly that’s kinda hot for me. I also didn’t like that my room had a small refrigerator that wasn’t cooling. It is was missing a microwave too.

The hotel is really old, could use a renovation.

Staff is really kind and you can tell they make their best effort to attend you their best way. Location is one of the best. I was in for a quick SRE appointment and it was really close by. There are many restaurants nearby that look great!

Facilities are old and not well maintained. Perhaps due to Covid crisis, but the fact is that I was expecting more from this hotel, like the Real Inn chain that I am used to in other cities.

Location and super friendly staff.

The hotel is poorly kept. Staff was super friendly and always willing to help, but the many issues that the property presents due to lack of maintenance (or a long over due refurbishing) are impossible to hide. The rugs look (and feel) old and worn, every fixture in the room was either loose, broke (like the safety deposit box in the room that had to be reset manually by someone in order for us to use it) & barely standing like the night lamp next to the beds, which needed to lean against the wall or it would fall... But the worst was the AC in our room. It just would not cool the room down and after 3 visits by the (always friendly) maintenance staff and a kind offer to relocate us to another room (we checked out two, the AC situation was the same in all rooms), we ended up staying in our original room and kept the window open all night (definitely not ideal and the room always felt too warm). Real Inn is a good chain, not more than a week a go I stayed at a fantastic one in San Luis Potosí. This property in particular needs to be fixed.
