Los Delphine salads were extremely small for the price ! My shrimp dish was bad, shrimp were pre cooked and reheated and very chewy. I stopped eating there even though my stay was for 3 weeks. The setting of the restaurant is superb and the staff attentive. There should be a daily bulletin in English as to what is going on in the hotel as to entertainment and restaurant hours etc. The overly loud music with the incessant base beat was very hard to endure especially late at night.

Fantastic white buildings on the sea coast.

Staff need additional training on how to manage payments and rooms charges. Always an crisis to settle the bill. Not enough room cleaning staff, had to make multiple requests for towels, product refills etc. No safety deposit box in the room. Need that with all of the mobile devices people travel with these days

The beach is lovely, as is the location of the resort beside a little harbour with several independent restaurants. The architecture is charming.

The property is fine for families but would be totally unsuited to older or disabled guests because access to everything is via many stairs and there are few elevators in the main areas. On our visit, staff were very friendly. Exceptions were : staff at checkin who were uninformed and/or gave totally wrong information about what we were entitled to; at the Hotel Store one of our group bought an expensive snorkel that didn’t work. There was no refund offered - only the option to take other merchandise he didn’t want, so I would be wary of buying anything there.

Beach was clean, and the surf was calm. Beach chairs and lounge mattresses were clean and in good condition. The pool was very nice with nice lounge chairs and tables. Spa services were excellent, my wife had her nails done and we both had massages. We ate at each of the restaurants on the resort and found the food to be very good as well as a reasonable value. Wine selection was also a pleasant surprise. Daily resort maintenance and upkeep was evident and a couple of minor issues with our room were addressed immediately. We had a very nice week at Las Hadas!

There is a nice in-room coffee maker, but after our initial two packages of coffee were used we had a difficult time getting more. Apparently this was due to the fact that we did not opt for the all-inclusive package. Once I made it clear that I didn't mind paying for additional coffee, and that I just wanted two cups of in-room coffee per person per day, the issue was rectified. This is a very small issue, but the only other location to obtain a cup of coffee is the sit down restaurant under the lobby.

We chose Las Hadas for a relaxing last day and night before flying home at the end of a self-catering stay. The resort is beautiful and kept very clean. The beach is a particular favourite as the sea is very calm in the roped-off swimming area and great for just relaxing in the water. The pool facilities are excellent, and the rooms are extremely comfortable and well-equipped. Ours had a very generous and private balcony area which was perfectly placed to watch the sunrise. Every member of staff we met was very helpful, friendly and polite.

It's a shame that not all site restaurants are open every day of the week but this is understandable especially during low occupancy periods. We were hoping to have dinner at El Terral but our stay was at the wrong time of week. My one (tiny) gripe was only having one caffeinated and one decaffeinated coffee pod between two guests in the room, having two of each would be preferable!

The breakfast was amazing!! The room was nice (although a bit stuffy when we first walked in). The balcony was beautiful and the view from the balcony beautiful. Many amenities, great restaurants and a Gelato shop on premises. The swimming beach is fun. Next time I would stay longer. There are also many activities available.

When it was time to check out, we didn't get help with our suitcases even though we called the front desk, and there are no elevators. The towel service for the beach/pool wasn't available at the said hours.

all the different food options were excellent. The staff were friendly and very accomodating to anything we needed. We loved the atmosphere, the whole hotel has a very relaxing feel and everything was very pleasent.

We would have liked a bit more information on which activities or restaurats were available each evening. During our stay there was a wedding in place which meant some restaurants didnt have normal service - each evening had a different dinner service which we had to figure out what was on each day during our time there. we would have preferred a little brochure to tell us what was happening and what was open over the week.

Nice room with a very comfy King size bed, balcony with the Ocean view, private beach, multiple pools and pool only for adults, breakfast was included in price, fairly good equipped gym, very pleasant staff members, they also allowed us a late check out and let us use facilities until 5 PM when we were scheduled to leave. Overall, very good experience.

Food at the breakfast buffet is very mediocre, but t least it was free.

The view from the veranda (one of my favorites things) were spectacular, the room was very comfortable, clean and unexpected, the staff, wow, just great, they were just so nice and attentive, the water was warm both in the ocean (also calm) and in the pool ... It was one of my dreams come true. Can't wait to visit again!!!

We weren't there long enough!!! Wish that the coffee in the room was replaced every morning, nice to wake up with coffee in your hands and sit in the veranda, but other than that all was pretty much perfect...

it’s a beautiful property. The room was clean and nice. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The private beach is so nice along with all of the amenities the hotel has. The marina is right there with a bunch of cute shops and restaurants. My family and I had a great time and we look forward to coming back.

I can’t say there was anything I disliked as I had a wonderful experience.
