The views of the city are amazing. The Hotel is very nice itself with upscale style. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Location is perfect if you go to the Expo. The restaurants operate until late night.

Extra charge for parking. The pool was nice and the staff mentioned in check-in it was open until 10 pm but the maintenance staff interrupted us staying they hay to close at 9 pm due to some renovation works. Our room seemed a bit dated. For the rate I would expect a renovated room.

It has an exceptional location, great amenities, extraordinary city view, the pool was at the right temperature, the service by staff was amazing and the people there were respectful, the live music in the Reforma Uno restaurant was beautiful.

Nothing from my side, just the restaurants can offer a more diversed menu, maybe a vending machine for drinks can be cool in the pool area.

Breakfast is fine with large hours (6:30 to 12) to choose form. Personnel is quick and helping fast to satisfy any option or request. Cook Edison very flexible and professional. At lunch during FIL Peruvian Festival fabulous lunch. Well structured also in busy periods (FIL). Concierge and porters services fast also during night check-in. Perfect position for Expo.

Maybe some renovation of the bathroom would be necessary. Also in the first room I was first, air conditioning was not working and since i was cold because of the northern position and since it was winter I could not warm up the room

Perfect location for Expo goers 2min walk. Ample hall and public spaces for meetings. Personel ready to help (in December they provided me soon an heater according to request.

if you have no breakfast included the buffet price is too expensive. on Monday the day after the EXPO (BookFair) the business center (allowing silent meetings scan color xerox copies etc) was closed a shame. advsiable to keep the center one day after open

perfect location for business mid way between airport and Downtown safe area - in front of the Expo Center. Great views either on the south west sunsets views or to downtown. privacy

breakfast was terribly expensive specifically in case of a continental breakfast - business center was closed soon the day after the Expo event just be allowed one more day for last deals - more sun beds in swimming pool area

I spent 5 nights at the Hilton Hotel Guadalajara. The staff was incredible! Very friendly, helpful and hospitable. One of the ladies at reception gave me some excellent recommendations for vegetarian restaurants in the area. Upon check in I asked for a quiet room and got a lovely room on the 18th floor with an amazing view! However, the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbours if they're a bit loud. The hotel feels a bit dated and older, but it's extremely comfortable and good value for money. The room was very clean and everyone followed Covid protocol. The only thing I wasn't too impressed with, was the swimming pool. The pool area itself is great and the pool water is heated. But the edges of the pool have some weird dark spots which makes it look a bit dirty. The hotel is located opposite from the Expo, which is ideal if you're here for a conference or something. It's a nice walk to Chapalita, which is a great neighbourhood with good restaurants and shops. But if you're a tourist who just wants to see the main sights, then the hotel might be a bit out of the way. I felt very safe, loved the La Reforma restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I will definitely come back!

All the staff were friendly, helpfull and professional. Much thanks to José and Silvia (hope i wrote the names correct) and all the others that made my stay unforgettable🙏 The rooms are clean, the bed is perfect, a lot of space and the city view is so amazing😍. The gym facilities and pool were enjoyable too. I would definitely return to this hotel whenever I come back to Guadaljara. I travel a lot and this experience was top notch💯. Muchas gracias.

The location was perfect for the Expo. We were surprised by friendliness of the staff and the service we received in the restaurants and in the executive lounge.

The floors on the exec level and lifting. They look like they need to be redone.

it was in a great location close to everything and a comfortable stay with great staff. The food in the lobby is delicious.

I had a two queen bedroom and for some reason our bathroom has a sliding glass door with an inch gap not leaving much privacy when having to use the restroom. The one bedroom across the hall had a door that closed for the toilet. I don’t get why such a design.

Excellent check in experience. Room was spacious and beds were super comfy. The range of food at the evening buffet was excellent and A La Carte was also available. Continental breakfast was included in the very modest price we paid and had a great selection of cold foods. Hot breakfast was available at an extra charge.

Conference facilities were good but there was nowhere to sit to eat our pre-ordered packed lunch so they lose 1 star for this!
